Terrible experience. I booked to have gel nails with extension. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I sat down and chose my colour and explained what I wanted. Then immediately two ladies starting doing one of my hands each, and obviously this ended up with different lengths on each hand. They clipped my nails and didn't file away any sharp edges, there was no tidy up at all before they stuck the fake ones on. Melissa did most of the work and she seemed to be in such a rush the whole time, doing thing so fast with no skill or attention to detail whatsoever. She was fairly chatty at first, but as soon as one of her regular customers came in she completely ignored me and seemed annoyed that I was there. My nails ended up all different lengths and shapes and apart from the colour being pretty, they look terrible. This was an overall awful experience for me and I would warn anybody to stay away from this place. These women have no idea what they're doing and they don't care how the nails look in the end. The girls in here are lovely but be careful as my usually very strong nails are now trashed after having a manicure from here a few weeks ago. My nail plate is damaged and there is a visible dent in my nails between where the manicure was and where there there is now regrowth :( Read Less

Oh well, how do I start? The skills of the senior manicurist is good, but however the salon gets busy and she gets abit cranky. However a busy salon doesn’t give a staff in the service industry the right to be cranky to the customers, especially new customers if they want to have a loyal customer base. That said, the 2 other less experienced manicurists do have a really good attitude and are polite. Oh well, it could have been a good long standing relationship but it was not to be. Read Less

Highly recommend - Lisa and the ladies were so lovely and accommodating. Booked in a facial + leg/foot massage for my Mum [she also had a brow wax, eyelash & brow tint) [birthday gift] and myself (stress relief to the max) on Friday past. Been to many day spas and this place is probably in the top two I've ever been to! Had a massage and body scrub.
