Omg! My nails are awefull I’m so embarrassed!!!! I asked for my cuticles be cut five times they were never cut I only have acrylic nails with a color my nails are crooked I got the coffin and cut they’re not even coffin cut, they’re just awkwardly shaped she rushed my nail polish so fast put two coats on each nail without even waiting a second to put on other coat so my nails dry only on the top and whenever I left even though I waited a good 15-20 minutes from the dry they ...were still wet and checked. My cuticles are dry and raggedy the nail polish is on my skin and she got the acrylic paint on my actual finger and it hurts when I pull it down worst experience never going there again!!!!! And the worst part is they rushed me I did have my daughter with me and I know it’s not always best to bring your toddler and get your nails done but this was a last minute thing and I completely regret it and I’ll make sure I tell all my friends not to go there! Waste of 30$ I worked a nail salon for three years and I am very positive that whoever cut my nails does not have a license because that was not in anyway how you do someones nails ! I had acrylics done and they were really nice but, not even a week later a acrylic tip (nail) has fallen off (haven't done anything out of the ordinary to make them come off) and within a week and a bit over half my nail set has come off. I've been nail gluing my nails on everytime they fall off and I just think that is not good enough. acyrillic nails are meant to last at least 2 weeks, at least! I think that they have done a horrible job and for half of the price at my old nail place that I went to they did a even better job. Don't think I'll be coming back. Read Less

I was in the shop getting my nails done and this particular morning, a woman with a disability came in on her scooter and wanted a facial wax. I can’t say how genuinely wonderful the staff were with her. They treated this woman with such honest care and didn’t make a fuss when they needed to move stuff out of her way for her to get her scooter inside the shop. I will never come back this shop!!! The stuff so rude!! Unfriendly...she cut too deep and made me blooding and never say sorry...and I just ask for try two color and she remove color and didn't put base coat back...and I'm just asking for base coat and she said I just removed the color!!! I can do the nails I know if you remove the color the base coat must be gone!! And I think they don't know how to smile!! I'm really unhappy!! Took mom here for the first time last evening. We were looking for a new and better place to get pedicures. We called ahead and they told us they would be able to do 2 pedicures about 5pm. They were ready when we arrived. They treated my mother, who uses a walker, like a queen and she loved every minute of her pedicure!! They took great care with her nails to make sure they cut them properly and took care of her skin. She is still talking about the wonderful care and service she received last evening!! I wish there was a place like this in NJ. If you want to feel like a celebrity, this is the place to be. Very affordable, great services and perks. I came to NC for 2 days and wanted to make sure I had my nails done there. I am very picky. The pedicure menue is amazing. You get a choice of a drink, a flavor for your pedi and great staff.
