Would give a zero if I could. Horrible customer service and when I asked them to remove all previous sns (I could see previous colour reminder after soak off) they laughed and still kept it on. My nails are already chipping before 7 days!

Jenny the owner and her husband are very good people. There always very accommodating and now that they have hired more staff the wait time is cut in half so you have a very minimal wait or don’t have to wait at all. She has 100’s of nail polish colors including gel/shellac and dip powder. She has remodeled and the shop looks very nice. While you’re being serviced you can get a beverage whether it’s a glass of wine water or a sprite. If you spend cash to pay for your service you get a dollar coupon for every 10$ spent for your next return service. I definitely recommend Harmony Nails I always have a good experience when I go.

They need to hire more people to do nails it’s a 2 hour wait during the week (I just went yesterday) if you go you need to be first one when they open...they’ve remodeled and you are paying for it!!! ...

They’ve increased fill ins from $15 to $20; fix a nail from $3 to $5 the only thing I don’t think they went up on is pedicures???? I couldn’t imagine what they went up to for full set probably $40 I don’t get gel or the new dip so can’t speak on those prices Basically there are plenty in the neighborhood to shop around they’re not that good to be loyal plus regular customers don’t get treated special I think they’ve gotten greedy not to hire more people after expanding to probably 10-15 pedicure chairs!!!!!!!

I went to these place for the first time today. I've been getting my nails done for the past 9 years and I was always happy but today was the WORST experience I've ever had with my nails!!!! Tge staff...
I went to these place for the first time today. I've been getting my nails done for the past 9 years and I was always happy but today was the WORST experience I've ever had with my nails!!!! Tge staff was rude and incompetent! They didn't know what they're doing. I had 4 people working on my nails! Before my nails were finished I got told that I've to pay $60 dollars!!!! Even tho I got told that its going to be $42.
I'll never go back again and won't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!

I usually come at this place and there service is not bad. The only reason i visit this place more often is because it’s easily accessible from my place. But today i had such a disappointing experience. I got natural pink SNS done with white french tip. The lady did my nails so roughly and quickly, I couldn’t even enjoy it getting done. They probably overcharged me for my nails. 50$ for just painting them, no fake nails. My nails kinda hurt too and the lady buffed them in a weird way. She didn’t clean them after painting. Never coming back again. Highly disappointed.

Rude staffs and extremely unhygienic place (no sanitization, no hand wash) for lash extension as my eyes all turned BLOODY red and swollen after the extention even three days later (never happened before with other lash extension service providers I tried before), when I came back the following day with red swollen eyes and asked for a solution they told me it was normal and happened to other clients sometimes and JUST WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS. Completely speechless!
For anyone who care about health of their eyes, DO NOT COME HERE!

I was recommended here from a workmate after struggling to find anywhere half decent. A lot of the other salons rush and you don’t feel like you are getting even slightly pampered. But at Modern Nails, they are always so friendly, you almost always get someone to see you straight away, they actually take the time to do GOOD work, and the prices are reasonable. My favourite is Tina - she’s a perfectionist and does really amazing work. Ask for her by name!

Best Nail Salon I've ever been to! The price is good and I've only had one nail snap in the past year, I get acrylic done every month or so. The service is nice but avoid after work hours as this place gets busy and you could be waiting a long time even if they say ten minutes. I refuse to go to another salon.

I use to go every 2 weeks when they first opened and brought all my friends and family here, gave them a lot of business, but I came back after being away for 2 months and the whole place has changed....
I use to go every 2 weeks when they first opened and brought all my friends and family here, gave them a lot of business, but I came back after being away for 2 months and the whole place has changed... The customer service was horrible. The girls were so rude and acted like I had never been there before. The lady I use to see (I believe her name was Kim) has left which makes a huge difference. The lady that did my pedicure doesn't speak, she just expects you to know when to put your feet in and out of the foot bath and acts careless about the whole thing. Pretty disappointing as this use to be my "go too"

The first time I had my nails done I got shellac and the price was advertised as 25 dollars, why she charged me 40 I have no idea. The shellac started yellowing on the tips of my nails almost the same...
The first time I had my nails done I got shellac and the price was advertised as 25 dollars, why she charged me 40 I have no idea. The shellac started yellowing on the tips of my nails almost the same day and four days later the tips of my nails were orange, so then I went to get them done again and shellac is supposed to last much longer than four days. The second time I went I got acrylic nails and the person who did them made my cuticles bleed and my hands went out looking worse than when I came in and hurt for a few days. On the plus side you don't have to wait long at all and they're pretty friendly for nail technicians. Would have given two stars but one of the ladies there is lovely, so whoever she is that third star is for you!

This nail salon is a new branch of Modern Nails in the Tivoli Arcade.Getting your nails done here is a neat, quick no hassles experience with their nail technicians. I like that it doesn't smell like those horrible mall nail bars.A shellac will cost around $25 and is about half an hour all up. I've found in my several visits that although they aren't super friendly, they don't totally ignore you either. The do a long lasting job, with my last shellac lasting 2 months!

There always very accommodating and now that they have hired more staff the wait time is cut in half so you have a very minimal wait or don’t have to wait at all. But at Modern Nails, they are always so friendly, you almost always get someone to see you straight away, they actually take the time to do GOOD work, and the prices are reasonable.
