Two weeks strong on my acrylics and they still look flawless. Also them being so nice has helped in me quitting chewing my nails. They were super friendly and were super patient with my damaged nail even over a long appt. I wasn't expecting the cost all up but the quality is good so I have little regrets about going here. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service! I've gone twice now. The first time to have Japanese gel extensions done and full nail art. The care and detail they took to make sure each nail was perfect and matching to the other, being gentle and checking with me each time to make sure I was happy with the length and shape.
Then the nail art! Wow! I showed them the designs I wanted and they recreated them perfectly! These were specific designs to match up with a TV shows and they made sure each design was accurate to the image I showed, using it for reference and checking it to make sure.
Usually when I get my nails done at other places my fingers hurt afterwards, but these girls treat you properly and make sure it's done right and safely.
The nails looked as good 6 weeks later as they did the first day. The only reason I had to go back was the regrowth!
I've since returned to have my nails redone and received just as amazing service. I had Ikky doing the majority of my nails both times and she is lovely and incredible at what she does.
Photos of when I first got them done on the 5th of May (both hands) and looking just as perfect today 16th of June.

They’re not upfront about prices. I was quoted 90 for infills, then during the appointment asked if I would like a manicure (keep in mind this is usually included in an infills session) and then told it was $10 extra, I couldn’t say no because without the manicure I would compromise the quality of my nails overall. Then at the time of paying they suddenly added an extra $20... this was supposedly for removal... of the polish I had on already. Very misleading and not a nice feeling to leave with especially when the shape and quality of their work isn’t reflective of the cost. Won’t be going back any time soon.

Really bad services and I won’t come back again for sure - it’s actially the first time I post the review online, but I want to complain their services. I did the Japanese gel last Saturday while they told me it could last for one month, and that’s the reason I paid twice of the price than the normal nail, however it only lasted 1.5 weeks and when I came back today to check with them, they refused to fix for me (even just one of my fingers), I didn’t do anything heavy with my hand during the past days and I know it’s the quality of the gel, but they insisted me to pay again, I would think if it’s the product quality issue, customers have the right to protect their right, very unhappy experience to ruin the mood of the day :(

After a big misunderstanding I went for the manicure with Japanese gel for $80, no idea what happened to tge manicure side of things as it never happened, my nails looked good when done however the next day they started chipping and peeling, less than a week later they are pretty much all peeled off (I don't do anything much with my hands and normally sns last up to 5weeks). Also they need to understand that customers understand many different languages..!

But, after the first 2 thumb designs and 4 nails, which I reluctantly downgraded my expectations, I trusted the last 4 nails the lady did, would match up to the rest of what she did and my expectations.. I didn't realize until three blocks away after the completion, they don't match..
I'm sorry, but I should've went to my past usual nail salon instead trying a new place.. or did something simple. I know you mean well, but 2.5ish hrs was not worth the outcome of $215..
I'm glad I'm just the supporting role of the upcoming event, so don't need to see my nails, but $215 is not worth it. Soz, ciao Sis.

Super disappointed in the service I received. After 1 day the shellac was lifting from my nails. I am only holiday and I did not wash laundry or dishes. When I receive a good service the shellac will last a minimum of 2 weeks. For what they charge I expected much better quality. I don't recommend this place. Save your disappointment!

Just had shellac yesterday at Japan Nails with two cute miniscule designs. Hands down to my technician (I forgot to ask her name!! ). I literally just picked random designs from a magazine 5 mins before she started working on my nails. She was so dedicated to the process of creation and very detailed too. I'll come back in few weeks!!

Two weeks strong on my acrylics and they still look flawless. Also them being so nice has helped in me quitting chewing my nails. They were super friendly and were super patient with my damaged nail even over a long appt. I wasn't expecting the cost all up but the quality is good so I have little regrets about going here. Absolutely fantastic service! I've gone twice now. The first time to have Japanese gel extensions done and full nail art. The care and detail they took to make sure each nail was perfect and matching to the other, being gentle and checking with me each time to make sure I was happy with the length and shape.
Then the nail art! Wow! I showed them the designs I wanted and they recreated them perfectly! These were specific designs to match up with a TV shows and they made sure each design was accurate to the image I showed, using it for reference and checking it to make sure.
Usually when I get my nails done at other places my fingers hurt afterwards, but these girls treat you properly and make sure it's done right and safely.
The nails looked as good 6 weeks later as they did the first day. The only reason I had to go back was the regrowth!

I was quoted 90 for infills, then during the appointment asked if I would like a manicure (keep in mind this is usually included in an infills session) and then told it was $10 extra, I couldn’t say no because without the manicure I would compromise the quality of my nails overall. After a big misunderstanding I went for the manicure with Japanese gel for $80, no idea what happened to tge manicure side of things as it never happened, my nails looked good when done however the next day they started chipping and peeling, less than a week later they are pretty much all peeled off (I don't do anything much with my hands and normally sns last up to 5weeks). Also they need to understand that customers understand many different languages..!

Just had shellac yesterday at Japan Nails with two cute miniscule designs. Hands down to my technician (I forgot to ask her name!! ). I literally just picked random designs from a magazine 5 mins before she started working on my nails. She was so dedicated to the process of creation and very detailed too. I'll come back in few weeks!!
