Came in to have a mani/pedi - left injured and upset!The lady doing my pedicure cut my cuticles around the top of three of my toes. I nearly jumped out of my seat twice before I had to ask her to stop the service. She was clearly unskilled at using her tools. She repeated the same tactic on all three ending in the same sore result. She kept digging and digging into my big toe until it was so raw I had to ask her to move on. This morning, my toes are so sore I can't get them into my shoes.The lady doing my fingers cut my cuticles and I wasn't willing to subject myself to more pain so I asked her to stop the service, paint my nails clear, and be done.I have been getting mani/pedi's for a long time and while I'm checking my privilege here - the service was terrible - prices are astronomical - and workers are unskilled. This became a dangerous service as my toe wouldn't stop bleeding onto the seat and into the bowl. At the end, they still charged me $25 each service and I reluctantly paid because the place was busy and I didn't want to make a scene but I feel I want my money back after waking up this morning in pain. Highly recommended. Loved our manicures so much we came back a few days later to have pedicures. The prices are really fair and they are very thorough! I recommend wearing leggings or shorts (something you can pull up to your knees) because if your legs are exposed they’ll spend extra time massaging your calves. Read Less

Zero attention to detail. Therapist too busy chatting and emptied the basin before she had rinsed off exfoliating scrub. Then rinsed my feet under the cold tap to get the scrub off. No moisturiser, she forgot I suppose?! Would not go back or recommend. Read Less

I've been here twice and both times, I've had a pretty good experience. The first time, it was extremely busy, however, they still fit me in. They apologised for making me wait while they tried their best to serve everybody else there. My nails came out perfectly. The second time it was less busy, but there were also less staff. And when I had to wait for another girl to paint my nails, the girl giving me a pedicure also gave me a long leg massage. Two thumbs up! Read Less

Poor value for money. I paid $100 for the 'Goddess' mani/pedi spa which comes with a massage. The girl slapped the bottom of my foot for 10 seconds and then moved on. There was no massage of either the hands or feet. The water bowls for soaking my nails were put on my chair by my thighs without a towel under it so wet my jeans. It was all very sloppy and cramped. I noticed a girl in another seat getting an great treatment so asked what she ordered--it was just a regular pedicure. Go figure. I spoke to the girl next to me who also said she noticed a lot of inconsistency in the quality of the service. It really depends on who you end up with, apparently. The business shouldn't be charging for a service they can't deliver on. I won't be returning. Read Less

The service may have been slow and not very personable, but my SNS nails came out a treat; perfectly even, shiny and long-lasting. Wasn't really impressed with how they swept all the rubbish/cut offs straight onto the floor though... Make sure you have plenty of time as its usually busy on the weekend. Read Less

I came here in search of a new nail shop after my bad experience at the Tivoli Arcade nail salons. The ladies here were great, they had many more colours than other salons I have been to, the salon itself was lovely and modern and clean, the women were honest about some of the colours if they weren't an exact match to the colour chart, they were helpful and kind and did not rush my nails. They turned out great, they even gave me a free nail file and buff. Will definitely be back. Read Less

I stumbled across this nail salon over a year ago and I haven't been elsewhere since. The lady's are so lovely and do an amazing job (especially Annie). On occasion when I have had a small chip, they have been more then happy to fix it for free. On top of that, they have the best range of colours I have ever seen! Read Less

I came today for foot spa and shellac unfortunately the lady who do my nails didn't clean my toes properly and cut the job !!!the most annoying when their talking in their language very rude in that matter !!! disappointed that my toes was not done properly and charge $45 for wasting my time and stress me out will never ever come back in this placed ..
