This used to be my favorite salon. I started going here when they very first opened. Staff used to be really friendly and welcoming. Now they are so so rude, and the care has gone from the experience. You feel more like an inconvenience than a customer. If you point out that something is uneven or not done well they get frustrated and angry. It's such a shame because I used to love coming here, but easily the last several visits have cemented that I will never return. First they removed my gel nails by soaking all my fingers in a bowl of acetone and forgot a out me because the shop was so busy. The fumes smelt toxic and it really dried out the skin around my fingers. Service staff also could not understand my request for a French manicure and ended up taking a much longer time to fix it which ended up botched anyway. The lady boss started yelling at us (in Vietnamese) as my job was taking too much time and they had other customers to get to. Did not accept card and was sent next door to get cash out. The next manicurist (another salon) that i went to inspected the nail job and was very unimpressed by the quality of it. I only came here because I was in the neighbourhood but it was overall a rather unpleasant experience. Wouldn't revisit even if I lived in the area. Read Less

This place used to be pretty good, but not anymore. It seems that quantity is more important than quality for them these days. They rush as many people through as possible which means you walk out with uneven nails and your hands covered in SNS which you are left to pick off yourself. The girls are also quite rude now, they barely talk to you or even acknowledge you when you speak to them. They won't accept card payment on the weekends (only during the week) it's cash only on the weekend so they send you to 7/11 to get cash out. I've since found another salon that do a much better job, speak to me nicely and let me pay however I like. Read Less
