I was not meant to get my lash extensions done here, but due to being late for my appointment at my usual spot I google mapped a close place from Southern Cross. I got them done twice from this location. The first time, all seemed okay...apart from the glue burning my eyes - making them water for several minutes afterwards, I thought they were decent. Don't get me wrong they do look good at first. The issues arise afterwards.. when you notice the clumpy glue and the 2-4 false... lashes placed on one individual lash! This truly became evident the second time I got my lashes done... the thick application of glue + the 2-4 lashes placed on one real lash has caused my real lashes to take a beating!!! I got an infection on my lash line several days after the application, which also makes me question the cleanliness of their tools. I had to get antibiotic cream to treat the bacterial infection. As well I've lost so many lashes and have obvious sections of lashes missing now due to the abundant use of glue. Ive been getting lashes for several years and haven't experienced such a poor quality application like this before. I've never had my eyes burn after a lash application, which should have been an indication right from the get go that the place was not highly qualified. I am giving two stars because they are reasonably priced, but they get really busy at times and therefore do not spend enough time to give your nails a clean professional look. I went to this place twice. First time I was happy with them because I asked them to file my nails a lot so that the acrylic nails do not look so fake and thick. The second time, I did not say anything and just allowed them to do their work. My nails were looking so thick and all the shellac product was all over my cuticles. I came home and filed my nails myself. I wont go to this place anymore, but if you decide to go, you need to ask them to do what you want. Read Less

Love the spray tan here. They use St. tropez which is green base. My tan was very nice and even and didn't turn orange. Will come back if I visit Melbourne. O.s: the salon is a bit hidden but so close to southern cross station. Just follow google maps :)) Read Less

I had a full set of 3D silk lashes done yesterday and I could not be happier with them! She spent so much time making them perfect and she let me show her photos of what I was trying to achieve and did them so beautifully! I also have super sensitive eyes and haven't had any issues since getting them, unlike some occasions I've had lash extensions done at other salons in the past. Went here for a mani-pedi with my Mum while on holiday. Nails were shaped terribly and my mums cuticles were clipped back so far that they bled and are still swollen 1 week later! Plain OPI polish already cracking after 1 day, makes us question whether the polish is genuine. The ladies were lovely, real shame that the quality of work was terrible. Read Less
