After all the rave reviews I decided to book in a time and have some fun with my nails!
Not realising (my mistake) Clara is on maternity leave I paid same full amount for her apprentice to do my nail...
After all the rave reviews I decided to book in a time and have some fun with my nails!
Not realising (my mistake) Clara is on maternity leave I paid same full amount for her apprentice to do my nails. I was more than happy to pay a full amount if it didn't take 1.5 hours(!) to get a simple gel polish done and after talking to Clara and her apologising for the experience I was thinking that it might have just been a one off.
It is now Wednesday, I got them done on Friday and the polish already started chipping!!
Clara might be the best in town but can't expect to pay full amount for an apprentice that takes way too long ( I wasnt advised of the length as I expected 30-40 mins as usual simple nail appointments) and have polish chip after 4 days like it was a regular polish!
Edit: Clara has been more than helpful and has issued a refund on the spot. Appreciate the effort she has put in.

Clara...She's the best nail artist I have ever come across. I have always been getting nail extensions. Before I met her four years ago, I always have to dread of getting my nails done at normal nail salons. It was like a gamble really of whether they will make me bleed, and have they clean their tools properly etc. Plus, the styles they could do were very limited! Everyone would know when I talk about the TIPS!! Hate them!!

Too thick for my liking. As my nails grew you could see they just had big lumps of acrylic on top. Not natural looking at all.

Clarah is an absolute gem, I have been wearing acrylic sculptured nails for over 20 years and never have i came accross someone as talented as Clarah. Her work is truly incredible and her nail art is out of this world, everything she does is by hand from embelishments to hand painting anything you want on each nail. She is an absolute super star and I am so happy I found her. I recommend this business 100 percent. What are you waiting for? If you want the BEST nails in town, call this girl!!!!!

Not realising (my mistake) Clara is on maternity leave I paid same full amount for her apprentice to do my nails.
