I recently moved to Tampa and was searching for a new nail salon. I spent months trying all the different local options, wasting time and money until I happened to find Jay and Holly!!! I love HT Nails and refer everyone I know or come in contact with. Everyone is so friendly and kind and they provide excellent service. Holly and Jay are very artistic and can create any art your heart desires. I always go to Holly for my nails. ( have been for about two years now ) She does a great job every single time. I have never complained before with her doing my nails. Today I went and I was not happy with one nail because it wasn't filed down enough and it was very rounded on the top. I asked for her to redo it and she said " next time do NOT ask for me request someone else this is the last time I am doing your nails " So incredibly rude to say to a customer. The staff at HT Nails is great. The owners are the nicest people ever. The do beautiful work and some incredible free-hand nail designs. I have also used them for eyebrow and facial waxing- she did a perfect job and got me in and out in a few minutes. Jay has been doing my nails for years. The first time I had him do my nails I was in complete shock. No other nail technician tops what Jay does. He is a true artist. Holly and all of her staff are AMAZING! Every time I leave the salon I am thrilled! Yesterday I called due to a small peel on one of my nails. Holly said no problem and to come in when I could. HT is the best nail salon I've been too. Everyone there is super friendly like family ☺️ and provide great service! The salon is gorgeously designed. Ask for the Green Tea Mint and Milk and Honey pedicures... They smell yummy and feel great! And if you want a fancy trendy nail design this is the place... Bring in a pic or just tell them what you're looking for and they won't disappoint. I've searched for 11 years and 2 states (the other being California) to find them... Worth the wait!! Read Less
