The worst place. The first week with my nails, all crack and broken, lost my money, lost the work and time spent on my nails. The worst place ever.

I don’t usually like to add reviews for anyone but this place and especially the manager is so rude she doesn’t know how to talk how to handle customers. I have been dere to get my nails done she said go to lee nails because we don’t have enough staff I said I don’t want to because I don’t like there job she was like if you don’t like them you won’t like us either but she was so rude the way she talks is not the right way to talk to anyone.

I don’t usually do reviews but This is the second time I’ve been to this place and again it was disgusting attitude I just thought it was 1 lady but they are all like that. they don’t know how to do SNS or paint nail and they are so rude I had taken a friend who also speaks Vietnamese confirmed they talk about you in their language. Don’t recommend!!!

Do not waste your money here. Have tried this place twice and both times it was disappointing. The first time here I requested for a maincure and gel polish nails, technician over cut my cuticles and caused irritable pain with the skin surrounding my nails, then over filed on my natural nails using the electronic drill, paint job was also uneven with air bubbles, it looked like a job I did myself at home. Second time I thought maybe to give them another chance and try the SNS (advertised as half price), a different nail technician this time had the electronic drill speed on too high on my natural nails, the heat/friction was horrible! When I told them about the pain, I was expecting that they would reduce the speed instead they told me that they couldn't do SNS without the electric drill and basically get out if you don't want your natural filed that hard, so I just left...what an unprofessional place. Have been to many nail salons and this one takes the cake for worst nail salon.

Worst SNS treatment I've ever had at Odyssey Nails Highpoint Shopping Centre. Hardly lasted my one week holiday, had marks all through the polish and has made my nails underneath weak...not the job of...
Worst SNS treatment I've ever had at Odyssey Nails Highpoint Shopping Centre. Hardly lasted my one week holiday, had marks all through the polish and has made my nails underneath weak...not the job of SNS. Would never return. Fool me for going there when they let me down at Chadstone (I booked and they were fully booked! And couldn't of cared less.)

I got my nails done almost two weeks ago, in the first week the sides started chipping and the nails began to get weak. Expensive and bad quality, would not recommend.

I went to get my nails done at their new store at "Le nails and hair" and i was not satisfied with the result of my acrylics, some of them were too thin so ended breaking the day after i got them done...
I went to get my nails done at their new store at "Le nails and hair" and i was not satisfied with the result of my acrylics, some of them were too thin so ended breaking the day after i got them done, and all of them were loose at the bottom, 5 days after i got them done i had to get them taken off because they were just horribly done, i do not recommend it
