They over cut your cuticle causing it to bleed on multiple fingers and run the electronic nail file drill on high speed on your natural nails, the heat/friction is unbearable! The worst nail salon ever. Do not risk yourself there. The manager lady did full set manicure for me last Saturday (17 June 2017). Firstly, she used electronic Nail file drill to take off my previous Sns nail polish. She filed my nails so hard until I felt my fingers burnt and had to ask her to stop. Secondly, she used cuticle clipper to trim excess cuticles. OMG, my four fingered were bleeding and two of them were badly hurt and bleeding for a while. I was so worried I would get infection. I swear I will never ever go back again. I would like to tell people I know or I don't know please do not go there to get hurt (potentially sick) and waste money. Had a spa pedicure with my friend. No foot or leg massage, also did not use the pedicure tools to clean my feet. Water was not warm enough. My polish was removed, nails filed, cuticles removed and had my toe nails painted. Well i could do this on my own. When asked if a foot massage was done she said i was busy talking with my friend that i did not notice. I came with a friend to talk & relax not look at her. Very rude staff. Infact it was the other way around the staff wouldn' t stop chatting with her friend in her regional language. Very unprofessional. Nail colours were not great and $40 not worth it. Read Less

DO NOT GO THERE! Just experienced the WORST ever service in my life!! First of all they cannot communicate to you properly and when I asked for almond shaped nails they tell me AFTER that it costs an extra 5$ so then I said no and she goes ahead and does them anyway! Another thing that pissed me off was that I had to pay halfway through my nails being done which was really annoying; they keep talking to each other in their own language which is so rude like seriously, DO YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE? Whyyyyy?! Why did I waste my time and money walking in here and getting my nails done when I just knew it was going to go badly.I'd not seen a lot of positive reviews (on lesser, non-Yelp) websites but for some reason I was still drawn in to give it a crack.I requested gel extensions with a shellac. $65. No problems.I sat there for an hour and a half wondering what was going on and having a really bad time while the nail tech tried to turn me into a contortionist. Love, my arm doesn't turn that way!After being given a set of 'gel' extensions (they're totally acrylics!!) and being told that I couldn't have my nails the length that I actually wanted (just above the top of the fingers, still suitable for boxing) I left the shop with these ridiculous claws that I then went home and filed down myself.Thanks for nuthin' Diamond Nails.
