I've gone there a few times. Great for a basic $20 manicure. Gets busy so typically you have to wait 20 minutes especially during late night shopping or weekends. Recommend ringing up to book your appointment before hand or going in there pre any Chadstone shopping to book an appointment so you don't have to wait around. However do make it clear what you do want (politely) to your nail technician since sometimes there is a language barrier. I wanted my usual $20 manicure but they did shellac. I was tired and noticed a little too late plus didn't mind too much but will make sure I'm more clear in future. Good prices. Read Less

Had my sns nails done Thursday, asked for two feature chrome nails each hand, they charge an extra $30 for 4 nails to have an effect, in the past I've spent $95 on nails elsewhere and have gotten amazing finish that lasts with no chips for 3-4 weeks, ended up paying $75 and had chips the very next day... I didn't think that was even possible with sns, asked for nails to be shortened a bit as they where quite long and square, ended up as short as my nail bed. The service was lovely but when I got home and took a closer look at my shellac nails I discovered the paint was so far back off my cuticles it looked like my brand new manicure was about two weeks old instead of two hours old, and on most of my nails it didn't actually cover the entire nail - there were unpainted strips down the side of every single one. So basically I got the centre of all my nails painted and each on was surrounded by 2-3mm of unpainted nail. Not sure it was worth the $55 I paid to have the previous shellac taken off and a fresh coat on. Read Less

It took an 1.5 hours for my friend to get acrylic. And for me I specifically asked for almond shaped nails and I had to ask over 4 times while showing a picture. With an end results of a few nails being square then oval and some uneven. On top of that it too about 50 mins to do a shellac nails off then on with her having to clean the edges of every nail during each coat becuase she painted my skin. Read Less

I love Diamond Nails because they try their best to do people's nails. People who say hateful comments about this salon are rude and mean because Diamond Nails is the best there can be and I believe that Diamond Nails job is 100% perfect no matter what people say. Read Less

Worst nails I have ever done! $75 for SNS with a manicure. Manicure gave me hang nails, the shellac was lumpy and uneven. Cracking after 2 days. Rip off, I would recommend going to any of the other salons and getting your money worth and a semi decent experience. Read Less

I recently had a poor experience with getting a shellac manicure. I've never experienced cracked nails after only a few days of having it done. I decided to try this place because i thought it looked professional and inviting, with lots of women getting their nails done. I walked in and the place was packed so they decided to put me in the foot spa chair to apply the romoving liquid to my fingernails. This took longer than it should have. The young girl i was assigned to was obviously very inexperinced and she had trouble removing my old shellac polish with the scraper. So she had to re-apply the liquid a second time. So i sat for a good 15-20 minutes while this was going on. I chose my nail colour and i specifically asked for only one coat of paint because it always comes out so thick and too dark. I think she used the wrong colour! While she was doing the manicure part of the process she seemed to be in a rush and wasn't focused. The edges to my nails were all rough and weren't smooth. She applies my nail polish and looks like a child applying it, it was coming out streaky and not at all smooth. As the process was going along i noticed there was a bit of fluff, dust on one of my fingernails. I told her and she said i have to have a second coat so i don't see it. I said i didn't want a second coat but she went ahead and applied it! I was angry!! Then i looked at my thumb nail and i noticed the side of the nail wasn't buffed properly and there was a rough patch. I asked her to re do the nail again. At this point the shop had closed and i was no where near finished. She finally finished my nails but they don't look professional at all. I am utterly dissapointed! She was very much distracted the entire time with her phone, she kept checking it and wasn't focused. I do not recommend this place. Read Less
