Won’t put my foot in this nail spa ever again. Received shocking service from one of the nail technicians. She treated me like she was doing me a favour by doing my nails and like I interrupted her Friday morning. Needless to say I walked a couple of doors down and had my pedicure done at their competitor LOVE NAILS LILYDALE. They at least were happy to answer my questions and treated me like a paying customer. Read Less

Tonight l quickly called back into Posh n Spa to see if they could quickly fix my broken nail , at this stage it was almost closing time but the boss said not a problem. Not only did they squeeze me in but also a lovely lady called Rose painted my granddaughters nail for her too. Lovely job and as always great service. Yesterday I went to Posh Nails n Spa, I walked in and asked if they had time to do a full set of matte black acrylic nails, they didn’t ask me what colour tip I wanted they just put on clear, lucky I wanted clear. They asked me what shape I said coffin shape which the shape is quite good. Once done with the shape and colour they put a shiny clear coat over the top and I specifically said is that matte before she started, which wasn’t. Overall I had 3 different people do my nails, 1 of them cut my cuticle so far back I bled and even a day later my fingers are sore, none of my nails are the same size or even straight. Because they cut my cuticles so far back it looks like they need to be filled already. I wasted $55 dollars on nails that look terrible. Read Less
