Got acrylics done here. Made an appointment - still had to wait far too long. Three different people worked on my nails. All of them tried to sell me 'sns' - while applying acrylics. Ive had them about a week and two nails have already fallen off. Worst paint I've ever had as well. Totally awful. Read Less

Been here before, and had shellac with Gem. She was great and took great care with my nails. Went back again today and had a different lady, had SNS instead as recommended and ended up un happy with the results, the lady rushed at the end and my nails looked lumpy and one of the colors i asked for Was more of a dark red/purple color instead of black. Asked her to fix it and showed her the lumps and she merely buffed again and added another thick top coat. Looked even worse. Still wasn't happy and embarrassed that i even had to ask to fix again. Ended up just leaving it at the end as i was running late for work, even though id been there since 9:30am and was 11.30am when i left. The lady i had was clearly annoyed that i asked her to fix it and pawned me off to someone else. Would not recommend getting sns at this salon. Read Less

Worst manicure & nail paint I have ever had. Over priced and unhygienic (tools used on myself were then used on someone else without any sterilisation). The paint is a mess with some fingers missing paint whilst the others are smudged with paint left around the finger. Not recommended!!! Read Less

Finally got the chance to come here on a friend's suggestion and I was not at all disappointed! I went in for a set of acrylics and was sold on trying the dip powder system for the first time. Ven did a beautiful job and got my almond tips perfect (I've had other salons in town make them too sharp or lopsided). I really love the results of the dip powder and will definitely do them again soon. The part that really sold me on this salon is that they were so wonderful about customer service. I had a payment snafu (have been traveling for work and failed to transfer my cards between purses), and they were able to accommodate me. Love love love everything about my visit and can't wait to go back in three weeks for my next visit! Read Less

Sadly I drove far because this place had decent reviews. My nail beds are still bleeding and they wouldn't honor their online prices so I paid way too much for bleeding nails their workers were sweet but I wouldn't suggest this place. Hoping I don't get an infection... Read Less

I just got my nails done here and it was incredible. Google said they closed at 7 today when they actually close at 5, but they still took me at 4:15 for a full set of acrylics (which look amazing by the way.) Everyone was super friendly and professional. I won't go anywhere else from now on, I definitely recommend coming here. Read Less

I really wanted to love Mimi's considering it had great reviews and is close to where I live but the service wasn't great. I made a reservation for myself and my mother in law visiting from Australia and thankfully we were sat on time for our pedicures but by the time we were ready for our manicures they had filled the manicures tables except for one seat. They sat me in that seat and left my mother in law to get hers done in the pedicure seat so for 45 minutes we couldn't even really see each other. If the nails looked spectacular maybe I could blame it on them being more concerned about the quality of service than suiting the customers social preferences but the nails weren't that great either. I wouldn't go out of my way for this place, it's the same as any other neighborhood nail salon. Read Less

Tonight was my first time stopping at Mimi's Nail Spa and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Along with getting a gel manicure fill, you receive a complimentary shoulder massage which was a complete surprise to me. The prices are on point and the service was great. I went to Mimis for the first time yesterday evening. I had the SNS dip applied to my nails and it was a wonderful experience. The whole place looked and smelled clean and fresh. The staff were all very professional and courteous. It was a very relaxing and fun experience. I will definitely be making Mimis, MY SPA,for all of my beauty needs. Read Less
