They have been doing mine and my 87 year old mothers nails now for approximately 1 year and I have not had any problems. Yes they do talk amongst themselves in their own language but I have never felt it was about us or any other customer. Clearly English is not native to them and I would expect them to talk to each other in the language they are most comfortable. It can be a bit crowded at times.

Use to be a loyal customer here but not after continuous hideous nails. Changing their staff so often I would question why. Probs don't go to franchise nail salons from now on. Glad I found a gem in watergardens after. Spend your money else where people.

Expensive and shocking quality of acrylic application. The top coat bubbled up! Will never go back! Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else in the centre!

I came to get my nails done and not only did I not get what I wanted they tried to charge me extra to fix their mistake. I was treated with disrespect and the entire time they were fixing my nails the lady working on me and the one next to her were very obviously talking about me in a different language. I would only recommend coming here if you want to sit there for for 1hr and 45mintes while you're being disrespected, insulted and not listened to for a premium price.

They have been doing mine and my 87 year old mothers nails now for approximately 1 year and I have not had any problems. Yes they do talk amongst themselves in their own language but I have never felt it was about us or any other customer. Clearly English is not native to them and I would expect them to talk to each other in the language they are most comfortable. It can be a bit crowded at times.

I came to get my nails done and not only did I not get what I wanted they tried to charge me extra to fix their mistake. I was treated with disrespect and the entire time they were fixing my nails the lady working on me and the one next to her were very obviously talking about me in a different language.
