Very rude! During my nail appointment the two technicians were sitting side by side and making it very obvious that they were talking about me in their language. It was very unprofessional that they stopped speaking English as soon as I'd chose the gel colour. Went there yesterday morning. One person having a pedicure. Two staff sitting down chatting. I asked if i could have new set on and was told i would need to come back in the afternoon. I went and did my shopping and 40 minutes later walked past and there were still 2 staff sitting chatting and noone in the shop. Wont go there again Read Less

Terrible service. Arrived for my booked appointment and waited by the counter. Could see all the staff were busy, so waited for a few minutes before taking a seat. After 5 or 10 minutes another lady arrived and the lady who had been waiting before me told her there was no point in standing at the desk, they wouldn’t come up. The lady replied that she had an appointment to which the first lady and I both added ‘So do we!’ She stood around for a while and then approached a staf...f member who directed her to one of the empty workstations. She completely ignored the two of us who had been waiting for some time. After 5 more minutes, the first lady left in disgust and a few minutes later so did I. I appreciate you can be busy this time of year, but I had booked my appointment when your booking diary was almost empty for today. If the staff had even acknowledged us and said they’d be with us shortly I wouldn’t have minded but to be completely ignored and then seeing to customers with ascertaining who was first is inexcusable. Yesterday the 28/12/2017 i came in to get a full set of refills. Acryllic. I rang at roughly 10:30am to book a appointment, i asked for a 12pm appointment but the lady asked me to come in at 1:30, so i said that's fine. Gave my details and said I'll see you then. So i arrive at 1:20. The shop was full. I told one of the girls i had a appointment at 1:30. ... We went to the desk to check the book, found the booking. She then asked me to take a seat as there is about a 20 minute wait. I then told her that i book appointments so i can be get my nails done at that time as i can't wait around all day. So she told me to sit at one of nail stations and they'll try and get it done quicker. At 2pm i asked how much longer, she said about 5 minutes. So i finally got my nails started at 2:07pm. I originally wanted matte black with diamonds on my ring fingers. It was going to cost $7.50 per finger, for a full finger. So i showed her a picture with half of the nail with diamonds and asked how much for half my ring fingers with the diamonds, she said still $7.50 each. Anyway i decided to go with just one colour with a matte top coat. When finished painting my nails the lady put the top coat on and went into one of the rooms whilst i sat there under the uv light. When she came back i showed her my nails and said that's not matte. She had put a gloss coat on. She just laughed and put a matte coat over them. I have been going to W&R since the day it opened. I was there when they were still decorating the stoor on there open day. This use to be my absolute favorite nail salon around. This is the 3rd bad experience I've had in the last 3 months. I am not happy, and since i have been a customer since day one I expected better. The girls use too take pride in there work, were always cheerful and always starting a conversation. Love getting my nails done here. SNS is the best. Got here as I booked on Facebook and they had not had it written down. So had to wait 40+mins. Great job though. Will think again about booking on Facebook if it not going to be a documented in their appointments.👍 Read Less

Highly recommend! They are very clean and lovely staff. My sister and I had a spa pedicure and SNS nails done for my wedding and everything was perfect! Very relaxing massage chairs and nails looked and felt great! Read Less
