Dirty shop, rude staff. I had acrylic nails that when finished were lumpy & uneven. When I asked them to rectify it they said they couldn't see a problem. Eventually they fixed it but then did a really terrible job of painting my nails. Read Less

I highly recommend not to go here because the customer service is extremely poor and rude. The employees would talk about you in their native language (Vietnamese) and when I confronted them they were shocked that I could understand them. They did not apologise for their actions and when I want to escalate this matter further to a manager, they blankly did nothing. All they kept on saying is that the "manager is not here", they did not try to rectify the situation or to make it better. It is disgusting behaviour to talk about customers right in front of their faces without thinking of the consequences that can follow. This place is extremely unprofessional and it is disappointing because it gives Vietnamese people a bad name. I do not recommend anyone going here because they do not take complaints seriously and the problem will not be fixed. Read Less

I am really disappointed in the service I received at Odyssey Nails Parkmore Shopping Centre. The employees did not have a friendly manner throughout my interaction and were abrasive and dismissive of my requests. I do not recommend this nail salon. Read Less
