Zero customer service. I understand almost all nail places speak to each other and share a laugh. However here they weren't clean, extremely rude, and constantly talked amongst each other in Vietnamese even using their phones in the middle of service. Laughing amongst co-workers is fine however asking clients personal questions and than laughing and mocking customers with coworkers is wrong. The manicure did not last very long either. Worst place ever!!! They are very rude and not customer orientated at all. She cut me while filing my nails and instead of apologizing she was rude and got annoyed when i asked to be careful. Also if you ask for something different like ombre they don't have a clue what you ask for. Not worth the hassle Read Less

The area was completely disgusting including tools and service, I wouldn't be surprised if your nails where infected after a trip here. I never review places but I had to for this one to prevent anyone else making the same mistake, the lady was completely rude, she was throwing and pulling my hands/fingers every two seconds for no reason at all. She begun my nails carelessly without even looking at her work, when I was shown the shape of my nails I couldn't help but laugh it was completely hideous to the point I told her to cut them off.
