Very dissapointing. Walked in and it smelt like a mixture of cigarettes and essence. Got shellac and there was ridges all over my nails. I tried to tell the lady that was doing my nails but all she kept on saying was nice, nice. She couldn't understand a word i was saying. You can almost smell resentment in the air when you walk in. The staff are extremely unpleasant, impatient and also very rough on nails and cuticles. This has to be one of if not the worst nail salon I have been to in my life. The fact that it is so cheap slightly offsets the absolutely shocking service. Young girls standing around talking about strippers while another girl was (now and then) doing my nails in between chatting with her colleagues. I have also never been to a nail salon before which can't file nails into a rounded off square shape. The place didn't seem very clean either. Went into the salon to get my eyebrows plucked and tinted. I cannot get my eyebrows waxed due to medications. I walked out very disappointed and frustrated as I was charged $30, $15 for tinting which is reasonable. However $15 for a SIMPLE pluck. This is not acceptable to charge $15 for this service. Used to be a good place but not anymore. Even if you make an appoinment you need to wait a lot to be served. They are accepting all the walk in customers and this makes them too busy to look after their customer. Last time I was there the manager was so tired and many people were waiting to be served and she still was accepting walk in customers. The lady which was doing my nail forgot that i requested for a french design and had to buffer the finish layer again to do the design. She was so angry to this and i was so uncomfortable during the time she was correcting her mistake. She didn't apologize at all and started to talk to other girls in Vietnamese which made more uncomfortable. Won't be back there and not suggesting anyone to go there. Last week, a birthday treat pedicure went badly wrong. I had a deep gouge taken out of my ankle by the heel razor. The wound has become badly infected. I am seeing the doctor for the third time tomorrow! Carelessness and inattention caused the wound. I wonder what sort of safety training, if any, these young employees undergo. Read Less

Used to be a great salon but has gone downhill in the last 12 months. INCREDIBLY slow, I've seen staff doing each other's nails whilst clients wait! Quite expensive also, have found another place doing a better job that costs slightly less. Read Less

Terrible service. Thought i would give them another go after slow service in the past as i like to support local. Pedicure was ok and they did start soaking my SNS nails off during it. Had to ask staff constantly when were they going to start doing finger nails, they would start then would walk away for 10 min or so. So after 1 hour 20min with no sign of being of nails being painted I left as it would have taken another 45 min. Disapponted especially when they attended to clients that came in after me. I wasn't happy. I went here (on two occasions) to have SNS. The result was very messy and bulky and the acrylic was stuck to my cuticles and the top of my nail to the skin on most fingers. Three technicians were involved in one nail treatment and there was little to no communication. I've changed salons and it's cheaper but immaculate, detailed and natural. The BEST mani and pedi you will ever have. Big call. I know. But, really, they are the best and I'm very fussy. Great atmosphere, friendly and highly skilled staff, great prices and they set regular customers up with a set of brand new tools/files etc that they keep in your own special box that no one else uses. I had my lash extensions done here on the weekend. I do not advise anyone else do the same! I ended up with an eye infection that had me at the doctors the next day. It was almost as if my eye had been burnt. In addition to that the job she did was average at best. I've been having my lashes done for four years at a different salon, and have never had a problem. I went here because it was closer to my home.I wouldn't have given a bad review, however I contacted the salon to let them know what had happened. I wasn't asking for a refund or any form of compensation, I just wanted them to know what had happened and politely suggested they be a bit more careful when applying lash extensions. Being that they didn't have the curtesy to email me back, i really wanted to let everyone know my experience. If you're considering lash extensions here, my advice is to look elsewhere. Read Less
