I thought that the Shellac wasn't the best I've got - bit streaky & light coating. I feel like they were left a bit sharp so I filed more when I got home. Very disappointed. I went to Bellagio for a relaxing pedicure and ended up leaving more stressed than I've been in long time. I paid my nail technician with 2 $20 bills only to be told that I gave her one $20 and one $5.. I know for a fact what I have her because I just left the ATM and withdrew 2, $20 bills. I guess I'm a bigger tipper than I thought. $15 tip for a pedicure... got me once...wont get me again. Read Less

Mindy is amazing, she's my favorite. It's always clean and great fast service. They don't reuse anything. I get waxing and fake nails done here. They have the most up to date stuff and friendly staff. They also offer you beverages and do whatever you ask them to do to your nails. And most important it's FAIRLY PRICED!!! LOVE this place. I have been coming to the Bellagio nail salon for over a year now - something I believe in is consistency and that is exactly what I can expect and experience with the technicians at this salon. I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. I never have any issues with making an appt with my favorite technician! Mindy, the owner, is very friendly and professional. Drinks are always offered and are always a plus! Very seldom is there a long wait time. I have even witnessed times in which more technicians will be called in if volume suddenly increases. The space is great for large parties as there are more than enough pedicure bowls. I love the spa service options and feel as though the time is took to make my experience great! I have been coming here for over a year and a half and for the first time I had a bad experience. I came in for a simple task and that was to replace a nail that had fallen off. I was greeted by the owner to tell him what I wanted to only to make a face at my request. The woman that had done the work was not pleased just doing one nail. Rough experience today. The tech was hurting my wife's nails and when it was brought up was told 'its just your skin.' My wife's cuticle was bleeding. Tech also was aggressive on trying to get my wife to do the gel, which cost 2x the price. My wife was clear she didn't want it. On top of all that, new management did not honor my wife's gift certificate from previous management. Unfortunately, this will be our last time doing business here. Read Less
