Although they do a good job most times The language barrier makes it very difficult to discuss what you are after and get the impression the staff cannot be bothered and bordering on rude. Had an issue last time and was told that was not their mistake but something was wrong with my finger/nail. Very disappointing. I had a French SNS which was not up to the standard that it should be for what they charge. The tips were all different sizes, 2 nails broke within a week. I found the staff to be very rude on my initial appointment and again when I returned to have the nails fixed. I would never go back which is unfortunate as it is local shop. Read Less

Being a newcomer to the signature nail systems (SNS) I can say I'm very happy with the outcome of my tough as nails nails.....the ladies at Octave do an amazing job with the new manicure technique. They do take a lot of care and are very precise as they work their magic, buffing, brushing and powder dipping your nails into natural looking, super strong nail loveliness.Even after a few days of potting & planting in the garden my nails still looked great after 3 weeks, I'll be a regular customer at Octave.
