Losing 2 loyal customers. Experienced incorrect SNS colours on two seperate occasions due to outdated and faded samples, told that it would "fade on my nails in a few days". Can't see how this is an e...
Losing 2 loyal customers. Experienced incorrect SNS colours on two seperate occasions due to outdated and faded samples, told that it would "fade on my nails in a few days". Can't see how this is an excuse for a completely wrong colour. Unwilling to correct error or offer any form of compensation or compromise, rude service and I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Incredibly disappointing!

Love my sns french nails!! I went to another salon and asked for french sns and they said they couldnt do it cos of my skin colour!!! So happy you could do it for me here!!

I've been coming here for over a year now, fortnightly for SNS (I'm high maintenance :). They always do a great job of the shape and thickness, always manage to fit me in when I walk in (I don't make appointments) and will always fit me in for an urgent repair if I've caused damage while cleaning or at the gym.

If I had the option to rate In2Nails zero stars I would.
I used to be a regular customer, however due to my experience there I will not be coming back again.
Yes this nail salon is busy, however don't be fooled, this is only due to the 'cheap' price.
They do not take care with their customers pulling your hands back and forth, gossiping about customers that leave, and being extremely unprofessional. After now choosing another nail salon, I have realised that the SNS application at In2Nails is shocking. The application is not natural being far too thick and chipping after a few days.
DONT GO HERE unless you want rude staff who treat you like rubbish even though you attend regularly.
