I booked an appointment for 6:30 tonight, as soon as I got in they started cleaning everything despite advertising as closing at 8pm.
My SNS manicure was a rushed job, didn’t get any cuticle gel, no cuticle push back. It looks grainy, uneven and like there’s a glitter finish when it’s meant to be a translucent pale pink. Lady working turned a customer away at 7:15 and said she couldn’t help her despite the 8pm advertised online and in the front window, and three other women working. I mentioned that I was not happy with the finish and she said put oil on my nails and said that’s what happens with clear colours. I’ve never had this issue before. There was also no hand cream or massage at the end. Really disappointing service all round.

The worst manicure and shellac I’ve ever paid for. Thick, lumpy and uneven paint job. 2 friends told me that I should go back for a refund, but the staff were so rude the first time I can’t even be bothered going back and dealing with them again. Do not recommend.

I've been going to this nail salon for years now and they are always amazing! Quick and professional, all the girls who work there are lovely :) Well price and fantastic service. So gentle and thorough. Were happy to have a conversation with me. Huge variety of colours. Salon Can honestly say this is definitely my favourite nail salon!

They have ruined my nails too many times now. They do what they want to your nails, they never take there time and are always so rude.
I’m sick of this place and how they treat people. My nails look horrible, I told them and they do not care - they blamed me for the ‘round’ Shape I chose to have with my shellac. Never again.

My toe nails look fantastic! The price reflected the service and experience and was what I expected.
I'd visit Fresh Nails again.
