I had been to this place few times earlier and the service was reasonable. But last week when I visited the main hairdresser Jasper did not have any patience to listen to what I was explaining and gave an extremely bad haircut. The very last time I came here with my boyfriend I had a very bad experience with one of their staff the Korean girl. It was middle of October 2017. She has an attitude which is so rude and kind of racist. My boyfriend told her to shave the back and she kept pushing his head up to the front and told him to keep it straight. He told her to make a line on his hair she couldn’t make it and blame it for my boyfriend curly hair while other place can make it. When we paid, she didn’t say a thing and point it to the machine. Oscar is a miracle worker , my hair was a tattered mess and he was able to not only fix my hair but give me a colour ive always wanted that other hairdressers never accomplished. I have frizzy dry Asian hair thats been bleached and then dyed black several times. It was very dry and very frizzy and uneven colours everywhere. Oscar did an amazing job colour correcting , he walked me through the whole process. The salon was very clean and i was provided with water, magazines . Oscar did haircuts for my two sons 5 and 3 and I absolutely love it .He was fabulous with them . He knows how to entertain kids while getting work done , my kids absolutely loved him . Oscar is such a vibrant character and definitely knows what he's doing. And from what I can see, he's very gentle with his assistant to help her be relaxed if she makes a mistake to help her work through it.
