Sorry but this place is so bad, no hygiene, reusing cuticle and nail cutters, no sterilising, using the same nail files on 100 clients, the whole shop looks like it’s 30 year old and very dated, the standard of service is so bad, the girl smudged the gel polish all over my toes. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE! I just moved very close to here and was hoping to find a new local nail place but I will NEVER GO BACK. They took 1 hr and 20 minutes to do my sns, accepting way too many clients. I also had a new guy do my nails for a while and when the lady came back to finish it she had to layer on more and more sns so my nails are lumpy and thick. Also - they soaked my hands in acetone and because she 'forgot to tell me' to take off my ring, it is completely ruined. Not only did she ruin my ring and admit it was her fault but she didn't offer me a refund and when I kindly suggested it was appropriate to - she gave me $5 off. Unbelievable. Read Less

I have use the salon for several years now and have known of many people that were not pleased and were disappointed with the work and the service They received. Those people have left and gone elsewhere and I chose to stay as the service up until now has been OK. I will not go back after today-andx I tried to discuss it with the manager/owner however she turned her back and walked away she didn't care what I had to say. I had my nails done in their on Saturday June 17 and th...e girl that was doing my nails wanted me to try the SMS dip so I did that same price always she told me they lasted about three weeks but sometimes longer. By Monday that were lifting more than half of them not to mention the fact they were horribly lumpy which I decided to just wait till it was time to get them redone and not use that technique again. When I began to lift so I decided to go back so on this Saturday I went back into the salon I told the manager of the issues she had me go to the same girl to fix them which was fine so I went to the girl she glued them which I could have done at home back and replaced one that had completely come off and put a new coat of topcoat on all of my nails. On Monday they were lifting again six of them so I called the salon Annie the owner manager told me to come in and I did. She looked at my nails she asked the girl about my nails she came back and told me to have a seat at her station and she would fix them she had a bowl to soak them off the girl came back over they spoke in their language and Annie proceeded to cut my nails off not very gently either. When she had them cut off she told me that I had to pay to get them redone because it had been two weeks I told her it had not been two week and they had lasted four days I came back and have them repaired and my wife said today and that I did not intend to pay them again. She said then you're not getting them done so I said that I was not paying again to have a set of nails done that I had paid for a good lasting set I had not received that. She said well you will pay no free today. I said if I am paying I will go somewhere else, she said good and walked off to another customer. My nails were cut in half and jagged. Aggravated, disappointed and irritated came to get my pedicure... after I sat to let my toe nails dry, I let the lady know that my heals were still rough, she said I had to pay extra for that! She showed me the pedicure menu... and I pointed out how in the regular pedicure it included a heel scrub... she said no they don't do that you have to pay $10 extra, So I asked why do they listed on the pedicure menu! I told them I would never get a pedicure there again and left. As ...I drove off, I pondered how I should've spoken with a manager! So I went back and asked to speak with a manager, The same girl proceeded to tell me she was a manager! I told her "You're a manager? And you handled this issue like this?" I have found my miracle manicurist; Suki Chen at Bella Nail she is amazing at her creativity and when I've had the anxiety attack from hell and bitten a nail down you'd never know. I get so many compliments from the polish colors I let her choose at free range and all of the nail techs working seem nice. I'm always greeted with a smile and hello. The workers there do a excellent job, but the manager was being super racist with me. My son called me and I put it on speaker but the volume was low. We were talking English and Spanish and then Jenny the manager told me to low the volume more or end the call. Because she said that her custumers could get disturbed because they didn't understand the little Spanish that I was talking with my son. Maybe she does not think that us custumers could get disturbed because she talks her language with her employes and us customers maybe don't understand. The manager and her husband are super racist to me and my four year old son!
