Been to Lacque twice now for SNS. First time was great, nails were perfect! Excellent finish. Today was my second time and unfortunately wasn't so great. This may have been due to it being the end of a busy Mother's Day. The technician took the skin off the side of my finger with the drill and drew blood, then (after disinfecting it, thankfully) proceeded to put acetone on it. Not a pleasant feeling!! The finish overall was rougher than I would like, but as mentioned above, it was the end of the day. I'll probably return a third time, but will go first thing in the morning! Read Less

Fortunately or unfortunately, however you want to look at it. . .this is my third salon since I moved here. Through a friend who has been going there, recommended it, I took the advice. I interviewed Rachel before I started coming to her. Her answers were professional, honest and she answered whatever I asked. I came in with a bit of color fiasco and Rachel put me at ease and explained how it would get fixed. (It's working) I also had a bad cut issue that needed attention, Rachel is awesome! Oh my goodness where do I even begin!! Long story short I had dark red/mahogany hair and decided I wanted to go blonde. I went to another Salon in Lebanon and ultimately left that salon with yellow, orange, copper, brown, and white hair with stripes and patches. I had to have my hair like that for 5 days! I hadn't had any real work done in years and was honestly a little nervous. I had just spent the last 5 years growing out my hair and recently cut it at home to make the separation easier and was ready to go in feet first into a new length and style. I messaged her before hand letting her know I had no idea what I wanted and that I needed help picking the best colors and styles for me she was up for the challenge. She did an amazing job. This was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised I even got an appointment on a Saturday when I had called the day before. I love the salon. Dalila did my hair cut and color and eyebrow wax.
