Very bad service. As a current high school student, I felt I was looked down upon as if I couldn't afford it. I had asked for a french sns tip with the colour blue on the tip. Expecting the price to be the same ($50) the same as when you get a white french sns tip, as it is the same just a different colour. I had mentioned this to the owner, and the owner said no, it is $65 for a different coloured french tip (blue) and spoke to me as if I was dumb. She then proceeded to say comments like (do you understand). I was on the verge of tears as she was getting angry that I didn't agree with her charging me an extra $15!. a few moment later she was speaking to workers in a different language that wasn't english which was very rude. I then proceeded to get stared at from her and other workers and felt extremely uncomfortable. I feel sad and ripped off and taken advantage of because I am just in highschool. Charging me a extra $15, speaking in a different language to colleagues about me and staring at me really shows what type of business eternity nails is. (only caring about money) and not their clients. None of my friends and family members are coming back to this salon. If you enjoy throwing money into the trash and leaving with nails worse than when you came in, then this is the place for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Looking for a nail salon on Hampton street and I decided to check out Eternity nails. They were pretty busy but were happy to accommodate me as well. I got the SNS because I find it lasts longer for me. They also give nail care tips if you ask which is awesome. I recommend this salon.

I am from NSW and approached this organization on facebook for a booking the next day. Response was very timely especially as it was a Sunday evening. The staff were very friendly and professional. Nails look anazing and i am very happy. Kate and Hannah are excellent in their technique and skill. Would definitely recommend this business.

A friend recommended this salon for SNS manicure and I keep coming back here for almost 6 months! The salon is clean, girls speak english and are always polite. SNS is the absolutely the best here, great selection of colors and it lasts without lifting or cracking. They use proper SNS products (unlike other salons, which use cheap substitutes) which always shows in the quality. Pedicure was also nice - loved big plush massage chairs. Pricing is slightly cheaper than other places.

Just another unhygienic asian nail salon, uncleaned nail equipment was used on me.
The lady who did my nails was RUDE acted as if she couldn't care less and didn't want to be there.
When I asked for a pedicure she rolled her eyes and spoke to the other workers in their own language and they laughed.

After insisting my daughters acrylics could not be refilled and must be replaced, and subsequently chopping them back, the woman realised her mistake. She thought they were sns even though this appointment had been booked as an acrylic refill. She then made no admission or apology but instead told my daughter it would now cost her $32 instead of $23 for a refill and called another girl over to finish the job. A total of 4 people ended up doing a poor job on one set of nails! The acrylics were pulled off painfully, cut shorter than requested and to top it off, she was charged $37!! An apology and a charge of $23 which is the original cost of the booking would have been appropriate. Very unhappy this place took advantage of a 15 yo who's not tough enough to argue with a "professional".

Place was nice, waited only 5 minutes for pedicure. Pedicure was rushed and not even a foot massage!!! Reasonably priced at $26.

Loved the experience. The ladies did a fantastic job. My nails look fantastic. They were all warm and welcoming. 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back

Very bad service. As a current high school student, I felt I was looked down upon as if I couldn't afford it. I had asked for a french sns tip with the colour blue on the tip. Expecting the price to be the same ($50) the same as when you get a white french sns tip, as it is the same just a different colour. Looking for a nail salon on Hampton street and I decided to check out Eternity nails. They were pretty busy but were happy to accommodate me as well. I got the SNS because I find it lasts longer for me. They also give nail care tips if you ask which is awesome. I recommend this salon.

A friend recommended this salon for SNS manicure and I keep coming back here for almost 6 months! The salon is clean, girls speak english and are always polite. SNS is the absolutely the best here, great selection of colors and it lasts without lifting or cracking. They use proper SNS products (unlike other salons, which use cheap substitutes) which always shows in the quality. Pedicure was also nice - loved big plush massage chairs. Pricing is slightly cheaper than other places.
