I am from NSW and approached this organization on facebook for a booking the next day. Response was very timely especially as it was a Sunday evening. The staff were very friendly and professional. A friend recommended this salon for SNS manicure and I keep coming back here for almost 6 months! The salon is clean, girls speak english and are always polite. SNS is the absolutely the best here, great selection of colors and it lasts without lifting or cracking. They use proper SNS products (unlike other salons, which use cheap substitutes) which always shows in the quality. Pedicure was also nice - loved big plush massage chairs. Just another unhygienic asian nail salon, uncleaned nail equipment was used on me. The lady who did my nails was RUDE acted as if she couldn't care less and didn't want to be there. When I asked for a pedicure she rolled her eyes and spoke to the other workers in their own language and they laughed. Read Less

After insisting my daughters acrylics could not be refilled and must be replaced, and subsequently chopping them back, the woman realised her mistake. She thought they were sns even though this appointment had been booked as an acrylic refill. She then made no admission or apology but instead told my daughter it would now cost her $32 instead of $23 for a refill and called another girl over to finish the job. A total of 4 people ended up doing a poor job on one set of nails! The acrylics were pulled off painfully, cut shorter than requested and to top it off, she was charged $37!! An apology and a charge of $23 which is the original cost of the booking would have been appropriate. Very unhappy this place took advantage of a 15 yo who's not tough enough to argue with a "professional". Read Less

I love how they all dress in classy uniforms, have great English.. And clean everything from top to toe at closing time.. And all chairs work and plenty of space in the shop not squashed like other nail shops Read Less
