Always polite. Have been getting nails done for quit a while and never had a problem.
Much better than Hollywood nails.

Made a booking early in the week. We arrived and had to sit in the pedicure seats and was twisted around with some arm pulling. Obviously over booked in case people didn't show or took to many walk in...
Made a booking early in the week. We arrived and had to sit in the pedicure seats and was twisted around with some arm pulling. Obviously over booked in case people didn't show or took to many walk ins. My daughter asked for purple polish in which hot pink was put on. I questioned at the time to which they said it was purple!! Questioned again and asked them for the colour chart which they did not know where they put it!! Said it wasn't purple it's was not the colour she asked for!! Very annoyed. Have hands my nails "drilled" to paper thin to which they now hurt. This salon has gone down hill. We will never return!!!

I went in Friday, 3pm to get my nails done. After entering the store and not being greeted I finally caught eye contact with a lady, she said "have you got an appointment?" I replied no, she put her head down and no one else offered to help. Not the first time I have been there, another time they were so disorganised.
