Went here to get my sns done and the lady working on my nails was so rough. She kept filing my nails really hard and made my cuticles bleed and then told me it was because my hand wasn't relaxed enoug...
Went here to get my sns done and the lady working on my nails was so rough. She kept filing my nails really hard and made my cuticles bleed and then told me it was because my hand wasn't relaxed enough. She would grab and twist my fingers and slap my hand to get me to 'relax' but it was hard to relax when my fingers were stinging from being cut and she was being rough. The finished nails looked lovely but the experience wasn't relaxing at all and I left with a bleeding finger.

Nuyu is my go to place for lashes and nails! Always walk out satisfied as they are thorough and make sure my nails and lashes are done exactly how I want them. Was also very happy with my eyebrow microblading! Would 100% recommend for all your beauty needs!!

I usually go here and it’s very good. But had a poor experience and won’t go back , not only did my nail lady talk constantly the intire time in another language but she wasn’t looking at what she was...
I usually go here and it’s very good. But had a poor experience and won’t go back , not only did my nail lady talk constantly the intire time in another language but she wasn’t looking at what she was doing and grabbing and pushing my hands away , I’ve got 6 cuts on my fingers because she kept looking away and not taking cautions , my SNS is bumpy also. Not happy won’t be going back

I went with a friend to get her nails done and the lady at the front counter was lovely. Although my friends nails were done by someone else who was extremely rude, did not provide clear instructions so she didn’t know how to place her hand and she would grab her fingers and move them out the way. She would constantly be talking under her breath in another language and when we had a look at the nails there would be cracks and not all of them are straight. The nails ultimately came out nice but she did not appreciate being told that there were issues with them. Would not recommend at all.

Very professional & friendly staff! I have regular eyelash extension appointments and I have never come across anyone as gentle and thorough. Always leave extremely happy 10/10

Went to get a sns manicure couple of weeks ago and the girls were great. Went today and left so so dissapointed. Girl that did my nails this time had no interest whatsoever in what she was doing, did a terrible job, couldn't even file my nails properly. Very rude, terrible customer service.she didn't even tell me when I was finished. She just walked off. There was a mess everywhere, left all the color in my hands from the previous nails. So so dissapointed. Please be careful going to this nail saloon.

They have no idea how to do a spray tan...came out looking like a zebra..was a horrible orange colour as well and was done in bad lighting and no exhausts....shit shit shit...NEVER GO!Lucky another pl...

Went here to get my sns done and the lady working on my nails was so rough. She kept filing my nails really hard and made my cuticles bleed and then told me it was because my hand wasn't relaxed enough. She would grab and twist my fingers and slap my hand to get me to 'relax' but it was hard to relax when my fingers were stinging from being cut and she was being rough. The finished nails looked lovely but the experience wasn't relaxing at all and I left with a bleeding finger.

But had a poor experience and won’t go back , not only did my nail lady talk constantly the intire time in another language but she wasn’t looking at what she was doing and grabbing and pushing my hands away , I’ve got 6 cuts on my fingers because she kept looking away and not taking cautions , my SNS is bumpy also. Not happy won’t be going back

I went with a friend to get her nails done and the lady at the front counter was lovely. Although my friends nails were done by someone else who was extremely rude, did not provide clear instructions so she didn’t know how to place her hand and she would grab her fingers and move them out the way. She would constantly be talking under her breath in another language and when we had a look at the nails there would be cracks and not all of them are straight. The nails ultimately came out nice but she did not appreciate being told that there were issues with them. Would not recommend at all.
