I've never had a bad experience here. Good value, and their SNS lasts longer than most. Can be busy, especially at lunch times, so sometimes there's a bit of a wait.

Not recommended. The girl spilled wax on my face, chest and the blouse. Didn't want to say sorry either. Then dropped wax in the middle of the brow and created a hair hole. Her colleague said 'it was an accident' Nails weren't painted well either.

Understaffed making people wait at least 20 mins with no communication. Unclean & unhygienic facility. Dust got onto my nail embedded in the polish forcing me to request a redo. That also took forever...
Understaffed making people wait at least 20 mins with no communication. Unclean & unhygienic facility. Dust got onto my nail embedded in the polish forcing me to request a redo. That also took forever making my simple polish manicure session over 1 hour when it should have only taken 15 mins.

This place is good but could be better. But for $50 pedi/mani , its a good deal. The girls are friendly and place is clean.

They didn't greet me, looked annoyed I was even there and drilled into my fingers leaving one to bleed. It's any wonder they were empty.

Horrible experience. The lady who did my nails didn't listen to anything I asked for or said. I asked for square shaped nails, she gave me almond shape instead! She even cut my hand and made me bleed....
Horrible experience. The lady who did my nails didn't listen to anything I asked for or said. I asked for square shaped nails, she gave me almond shape instead! She even cut my hand and made me bleed. The polish wasn't done properly. NOT worth coming here! I would NOT recommend this place. NO integrity at all!
