Had a pedicure yesterday. Didn’t read the fine print and was charged $3 extra to remove the old nail polish from my toes. This is only for Groupon vouchers. It took her all of 45 seconds to remove it, so $3 is over the top. So if you have a Voucher make sure you remove your nail polish before you go. Other than that, she did a good job. Read Less

Worst manicure ever. First I waited 35 minutes to be seen when I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Then my nails were filed on a COMPLETE diagonal. The polish was thick and lumpy and by the time I walked out I had air bubbles in 8 out of 10 nails.... Pathetic experience I had a booking for threading with Hetal and hair cut with Esther but that Chinese lady gave me different people Hetal for haircut and Priyanka for threading. And I didn't even ask for hair treatment and they done it because Chinese lady confused and thought I too came for treatment as my friend and I had to pay extra $10 and when I ask about they said cannot do anything as you got the treatment. And when I said to cut my hair short from backside and long from front (kinda like Graduation haircut) and she cut both side same length. I'm so disappointed with their service. Their colour range is much bigger than anywhere else, their nails always last really well, and they are able to do things which are not available anywhere else - e.g SNS french polish. Amazing place. I came on last Sunday and wanna keratin my hair. And they did keratin for my hair, after 5 min apply chemical for my hair straightening all my hair is broken and damage. They just say because of my hair many time dieing color. But it wasn't right. Because when they doing hair they has to took a look my hair and has to know how they can do with my hair. But they didn't . And after that I have to cut short my hair. But my hair still has a lot of damage. When I washed all my hair is come off. I need to find another hair dressing to fix it better. I used a groupon voucher which I think is more appropriate price for the service that I received. I paid $27 in total, an extra $5 to have baby pink on every other nail, for a deluxe manicure with gel polish. I paid for a deluxe manicure but I am certain I received a standard manicure. The stations themselves were not the cleanest and my manicure did not start till an hour after my appointment time. My manicure was only 5 days ago and already the gel polish has started to chip, which is very disappointing considering it is meant to be at least 14 days chip proof. My nail shape is also uneven which I had not noticed at the time. The girls are nice, but I definitely wont be returning and would not recommend them to anyone who wants a quality manicure. The owner of stunning nails is lovely. She gave me a complimentary manicure before getting sns... However... A trainee did my manicure and then sent another girl to do my sns. I have to say it was the worst set of nails I've ever received. She sent me home while they were thick, different lengths and the coating was not done properly. I walked back in an hour later to get them fixed and the girls attitude wasn't great. If you're paying $49 for nails then you'd expect that the job gets done properly without hesitation. I've been back 3 times now and every time they have done a great job. Each time I had a different hairdresser but all 3 times I've walked out feeling great. I've been getting a full head of foils, cut and blow dry. I'm not usually one to post feedback but I feel like it's deserved. 5 stars for Customer Service, Understanding, Accomodating and a Fantastic Job on my Nails and Hair! Recently got my very first mani-pedi and hair done here for my birthday. Firstly, i was seriously late for my appointment due to circumstances and arrived at 5pm. Secondly, i was using scoupon vouchers for each. The ladies were so understanding and accomodating because it was my birthday and i really wanted to dress up for my night out. I had one lady doing my nails and another... doing my hair (which it was her day off and she chose to stay just for me). It took the team 2 hours for the whole package and the owner had stayed an hour after closing time, just to give me the perfect birthday! I am not normally one to write reviews but I wouldn't want others to have the same experience as I did. Not worth the money, time or petrol to come here. I paid $49 for a classic set of eyelash extensions worth "$99" on a Groupon voucher. I've had good and bad experiences with Groupon vouchers and this was just a disappointment. The lady spent 25 minutes on placing about 20 lashes per eye in which the result looked as though I had isolated long empty lashes. ... One inner lash was also flipped in the opposite direction when i sat in my car to check. As I'm driving home now I've had a lash fall off. I'm not sure why they were rushing because there were a handful of people in salon doing their hair, not waiting for the next appointment. I also had an eyebrow threading which was actually pretty good, as it was a specialised service from an external employee hired. This particular lady was detailed and thorough in trying to get the best results. I use Groupon to get a feel for what the service and product are like and I have been back multiple times paying the full price to another nail salon that was excellent on a Groupon voucher. Went there a few times for a mani/pedi using vouchers. They were ok. Wait times are terrible and end result is usually ok. Decided to go back and get my hair done there. Worst decision ever. Showed the hairdresser a photo of exactly what I wanted. His English isn't great but he seemed to have understood me. My hair came out looking terrible and one colour (it was supposed to be balayage!). They tried to fix it but now my hair has multiple colours going through it. And I asked for a trim. She literally cut my hair in 5 minutes and I have the worst hairstyle of my life. Have to go elsewhere to fix now. I'm not usually one to leave reviews. I visited here about 10 times for simple mani/pedi and have been mostly happy with the service. I stopped going because everything takes too long. The shop is quite busy most of time and they never turn down customers so there is usually a 15-20 min wait even with an appointment. The technicians are slow too, but that may be because they do more permanent jobs like biosculpture and they spend too much time on details even when it's regular nail polish that will come off in a few days.
