Amazing service and experience! I needed my nails done before a party and everywhere was closed. I called up T&C nails and told her what I needed and she was happy to accept me even though I would take her past closing time. She did a fantastic job fixing a broken nail and making an effort to make the nails perfect. I’ve never had a technician redo a nail that had a blemish (due to the nail hitting the blue light) but she did and I so appreciate it. Simple things like the water being the perfect temperature, the massage chair being super comfy and the easy communication with the technician makes a massive different for me. Ace nails & Spa is Amazing! They have such a friendly staff that actually care about you! I’ve been going for about 6 months now! Every time I leave I am highly satisfied!! The owners definitely care about their customers!! They don’t tell you to leave if your running late & can only make it when they have an hour left till close!! I asked for a take off , after soaking my hands she proceeded to take the acrylic off but instead of getting all the acrylic off she decided to leave it when I mentioned that the acrylic was still on my nail she told me it wasn’t so I let my hands soak again and she sent someone else over there to me who had a terrible attitude who rushed me to pay. The manager couldn't figure out how to run my card because the chip in it wasn't reading. I told him he has to insert it until it tell him to swipe and he THREW my card at me and said he doesn't have time for this, pay cash.
