After recently visiting the salon with my mom, she ended up with a serious infection from the pedicure treatment requiring antibiotic treatment which further cost her for the treatment, the private visit and it never should have happened if they had followed the sterilisation procedure, I had also noticed - another person that had left the salon after her pedicure the staff failed to clean their work station where the pedicures are done and then my friend who later attended for her appointment sat in that exact chair/station which had not been disinfected/cleaned to have her pedicure done which was a completely unhygienic working space, I’m completely appalled! I will be placing further complaints against the salon, obviously they don’t Comply with infection control policies and procedures, i suggest people think twice regarding attending this SALON or even any salon (make sure you research and make sure they do sterilise their instruments and follow these procedures because it can get serious very quickly ! Terrible experience. Nail lady was rough, so so slow and rude! I asked for that same nails as a lady before me. They charged her $55 and me $70. I will never go back and suggest that other people stay away! Store was also very very unhygienic! Read Less
