Ok, i know there's a bad reviews on this place, but my experience within 6 months of living in Germantown and going to their nail shop was amazing, I know there were some bad manicurist that I had experinced, so that's why you get a thing call "choosing" ... my best people I alway pick is Lan and Tina. They are very humorous and do a good job. Lan do the BEST MANICURE ever! She like a mom to me. Tina give a good deep best massage EVER! I also love me some good free wine too. ...So in result I would come here, but I would only do it when my favorite 2 gals isnt busy. I made appointment usually. Did I mention there's 2 assurance there? One is name Ben and the other name is David, they both are so kind and energetic! Ben always ask me if I want more drink when my wine were gone or offer to turn back on my massage. David make a bid goal on becoming a physical therapy and he paint very good ! I went to Lan's today, as I do every 2 to 3 weeks, to get a manicure AND pedicure. I had received a gift certificate for Christmas, but always forgot to take it with me. Today I remembered, but unfortunately did not realize that it had expired. (they only have a 3 month expiration on their gift certificates?!?). So, they weren't going to let me use it, knowing that I have been in there more than 10 times since Christmas. I asked to speak to the owner/manager, and waite...d for more than 15 minutes to speak to her. As I left, I told the lady that had done my nails today that she could tell the owner for me that she made a bad business decision to not at least speak to me about honoring my certificate that had been expired for less than 4 months, for someone who has been a loyal and frequent customer for years! There are many other nail places in Germantown that will be getting my business in the future. I have since learned that it is ILLEGAL to not accept certificates that have been paid for. I asked for clear on my nails and they ruined my actual nail underneath, my nails are now rotting under the acrylic and I have lines through my nail beds. I have seen a real nail technician since and she says they have drilled into my nail bed and caused an infection which has caused my nails to rot under the acrylic.. So disappointed, will never go there again! Read Less
