Ive been going to this place for 3-4 years, I went back last month and saw majority of the place had new workers but still went to the place i trusted most for good nails. I got a set of acrylics, the woman refused to give me a second coat of clear coat and walked out with bubbly nails while within a week clear coat peeling off and 2 nails lifted from the tip and damaged my natural nails. Went back today to get French tips and I was digusted with the job. Took half an hour to take off my old set of nails, they werent taken off properly either as I can see my old nails from the half arsed job from stripping my old nails off through my new nails, my nail lengths are uneven from the other finger nails, yet again bubbly nails and ontop of that was told that I would have to pay extra for long nails, a normal standard length. After 4 years, every third week, I'm there getting my nails done but not after today. New workers think they are doing well but seriously need to continue practicing on manikins, not on humans. Reconsider getting the old girls back, this place is appalling now because of the new workers. I'll certainly be contacting centre management tomorrow. Read Less

If i could give less than 1 I would, they take no care for you nor do they care for the health of your nail beds. you should feel welcomed when you enter a salon not be treated like you are less than, my service was horribe and after only 3 day i had to go back to another salon for a service replacement, your polish should not lift after having a luke warm shower. I get my nails done here every month and they have always done a great job. I get SNS and they always file it down at the cuticle so that it is not too thick and fake looking. Yes they are fast and not talkative but hey...you get what you pay for. I'd go to Endota if I wanted to be pampered. Read Less

Workers were rude and rough. The paint job of my nails is messy and uneven, there are scrap bits of acrylic on the sides which I've had to take off myself. The glue used is glued to my skin making it very uncomfortable. Prior to applying my nails no care was taken for my cuticle area and the nails used are too skinny for my actual nails leaving the edges of my nails exposed. Really disappointed! The first time i had my nails done here, it was really good. This time i came out looking like i did when i went in! Water was cold, feet were not given a full pedicure.. my nails were clipped and painted badly. For $30, would have done a better job myself! I like to support local business but on this occassion the member of staff was completely disengaged and i tried to offer her friendly instruction but she didnt care or didn't understand me (only get your nails done here if you have money to waste or are prepared to watch and instruct to ensure it's done properly.) Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever experienced! I don’t get my nails done very often, I work with my hands, so I’m used to short nails, but every so often, when I get a break from work, I will always treat myself to longer nails... I requested from the start, that I’d like longer nails, but only just past the nail bed, nothing to long. But as they were being done, and I was asked if they were ok, i asked the girl to make them shorter; this happened three more times, before the young girl threw the file on the bench, got up for a stronger nail file, and was rough, and rude, and unpleasant. After my last coat, she abruptly moved onto the next client, she couldn’t even wait for me to finish. 100% never going back. I absolutely Love this place. The staff is friendly and I did not have to wait. My nails came out perfect. It is hard to find a nail salon these days that makes your nails look like they are my nails. Audi was not only thorough but she was fast. I was able to get my nails done with the new SNS product but afterwards I got my eye brows waxed. The prices are very reasonable. I except ted the prices to be higher considering she did such a good job. Unlike other Nail salons I have been to - this one made me feel welcomed. Everyone was so nice. While I was getting my nails done they offered me a sprite, as they have a refrigerator full of sodas and water they offer to their guest. Reading one of the prior comments, I see rough. I LOVE rough. Tina, my manicurist pedicures follows my instruction. She is excellent! I want to feel as if I have had a massage at the end of my appointment. She does that well and I tip well as anyone should consider. I have been to this salon for pedicures before yesterday. After yesterday's​ experience I will never return. The person providing "service" was rough and rude. She could not contain her anger when I took one of my feet out of the tub incorrectly and the edge of her sleeve got a little wet. I truncated the pedicure as I was not confident the painful stabs would not intensify. Although I assured her when I called an end to the pedicure that I would pay for the service she became belligerent, asking and then insisting I pay for the service. She snatched my debit card out of my hand and slammed the receipt on the desk. We all have bad days. We don't have to take our bad days out on the people paying for a service. Read Less

Not very good. Bad acrylic nail job, nail tips uneven, didn't manicure skin at all. Pedicure also bad. Didn't take off rough skin, didn't shape nails either. Pointed this out to girl at end and she had some excuse which didn't make any sense so I just left it at that and vowed never to return. She treated me with disdain also.
