I came here on a Sunday morning for a manicure.
The manicure was average and wouldn’t have been reason enough not to come back, the main reason I will not be attending again is the blatant racism and rudeness from a technician. I was blown away by her random, unwarranted comments about other potential customers, commenting on their ethnic backgrounds and assumptions she had about them.
I will not be back.

Beyond a joke I payed $50 for a full set of acrylics 5 days after getting them I’ve already lost 2! Customer service is poor and seem to care more about there conversations then the work they put into there clients. Poor woman sitting next to me was getting SNS done and had said to the lady that wasent the colour she chose the lady then proceeded to rip her nail and storm of she was a older looking lady too. Will never be coming back here and will definitely be telling people to stay away

Tried a few times to give them benefit of the date... absoulutely no good every single time. Especially the older lady there lve had her twice both time my nails look rough and rushed. Get your stuff together ladies where paying you money for good nail service stop talking amongst one another and focus on your clients treatments. Won't be going again and have told people to stay away.

Today was my second visit and although last time they did a good job with my acrylic nails, I asked to get sns nails this time. My nails look shabby and messy!! The technician cut my skin in several places with the drill and I still had to pay full price. Not recommended!!

DONT GO TO THIS SALON! Biggest waste of money. Stupidly went to this salon I initially went to get my acrylic nails shortened as I had been a week prior and my regrow was minimal however when she made my nails shorter I decided to change the colour. I got talked into nail polish instead of shellac they put 6 coats of polish on my nails and didn't wait for the layers to dry as a result the looked uneven, dinted and had polish on my skin dispite waiting 20 odd minutes under the dryer for them to dry. I walked around the shopping centre for an hour contemplating if I should return to the salon and request them to fix my nails as it looked like a 5 year old had done them once I decided to go back I was told they would charge me $25 to fix the nail polish. Well to say I walked out disappointed is an understatement as if I'm paying for them to fix their own mistake. May I also add they cut my skin on their drill on every nail burnt my nails as they were getting the shallc off. All in all I'd give them 9 stars if I could and I'll be sure to go anywhere but here again. Awful customer service. Awful technique. Awful painting skills. Could quite literally have done a better job myself using my left hand!!!

The manicure was average and wouldn’t have been reason enough not to come back, the main reason I will not be attending again is the blatant racism and rudeness from a technician. I was blown away by her random, unwarranted comments about other potential customers, commenting on their ethnic backgrounds and assumptions she had about them.

Customer service is poor and seem to care more about there conversations then the work they put into there clients. Get your stuff together ladies where paying you money for good nail service stop talking amongst one another and focus on your clients treatments. Won't be going again and have told people to stay away.

Today was my second visit and although last time they did a good job with my acrylic nails, I asked to get sns nails this time. My nails look shabby and messy!! The technician cut my skin in several places with the drill and I still had to pay full price. Not recommended!!
