So I'm not sure why my review was hidden which I left one week ago, if you do a bad job then you also have to face criticism. It's actually called being professional and if you run a business then behave like professionals. My nails were completely broken, they lifted and I was over charged. Yes I was eventually refunded but in a sour way, the same evening you girls cancelled my appointment due to a family emergency which may well be true but also extremely coincidental. Af...ter hiding my review, your professionalism has come to light and clearly you don't like negative feedback. Negative feedback grows us as humans, it's a learning curve. We all have to deal with it in our daily lives and jobs. The last nail tech I saw was for 2 years and I have had no complaints. Salon is small and cramped. Kept me waiting over 30 minutes for my appointment, so I ended up missing out as I had another appointment to get to, and they looked like they could barely care. They are great but I was a bit disappointed by the whole experience. Having said all that you should try them out as your experience may be better than mine. Read Less
