This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to and I was blown away by how professional & friendly the staff are here. I was so impressed by the service provided by the staff and my nails actually looked perfect (had a mani & pedi)! Other nail salons I've been to let you leave with bubbles in the polish or with just 2 coats of polish when you really needed 3... Just had a terrible experience in store. First of all I called the store to make an appointment to ensure I would actually be served and I was hung up on. Two phone calls later I was actually able to make an appointment. I don't know if it was just the lady who was working on my nails was having a bad day but I feel she was pretty rude and lacks the customer service standard that the rest of the girls seemed to be giving their clients. All of my nails are completely different shapes and lengths, with the tips of some nails being diagonal. She asked me absolutely no questions about what I wanted (in terms of shape and length) with the exception of picking a colour. She also used the wrong tool on me which hurt me and made me bleed. For half of my appointment she was on her phone on facebook messenger which I think is extremely unprofessional. Really unhappy with the service here, do not recommend to anyone. Read Less

Loved the fact that i was offered coffee and treated like a customer and not a number! My lady Moon listened to everything i wanted and went above and beyond with my new claws Def recommend her! Will be my new nail salon! I've been getting acrylics for over 3 years and this set is my absolute favorite hands down my nails have never looked so nice! It's a beautiful place me and my mum went today for the first time and the way the girls greeted us and treated us we felt so welcomed And as soon as we sat down we got asked for coffee straight away they are beautiful girls and very clean We've been other places and we've never had this I recommend them very highly keep it up girls Read Less

Love these girls . Nancy does the best job on my nails and the other ladies have always done a great job it's easy to make an appointment because they are all so good. I have always had my nails done in the shopping center - From my past experience I needed to try somewhere new, I was sick of being a number to their business and in and out with cuts all over my hands and a very dodgy job done. I had my first appointment for SNS nails at Viva Nails as I had read good reviews online, What a wonderful salon with great staff. I wasn't rushed in and out and I actually felt like a client. My nails look fantastic and the best they have in years! If I could rate them higher then a 5 I would because this salon deserves it! Very happy customer and defiantly coming back. :) Read Less
