I've been coming her for about 1 year now and won't be coming back. I wanted to match my fingernail colour to my toe colour. I knew exactly what colour I wanted on my finger nails because I had it previously and had written it down so if rememeber. The nail tech said she had the perfect match for me and when she did one swipe of the colour on my toe nail it wasn't anywhere close of being a match. I understand that it won't be a spot on match between different formulas but if I'm asking for a colour to match pink and you give me brown that's going to be a big difference. After asking to try a different colour she grunted and moaned and I believe started talking poorly about me with her co workers in her language. I'm a very chill person and don't complain (havnt written a bad review in my entire life only positive) but once you start pulling my limbs around like a rag doll and talking trash about me because you have to simple take off one toenail worth of colour then I think it's deserved. On top of that the last few times I've had my fingernails done with sns they have flooded my cuticle because I think that have been in a rush. I always check if they have enough time to do the job properly because I'm happy to come back another day but clearly they prefer to just take the money and do a crappy quick job. Read Less

The ladies here did a great job of looking after me and my unusual request. They were very understanding and offered their advice, which suited my needs fantastically. .. I had to apply certain shade of polish for an event over my existing SNS which was almost due for reapplication. I needed for it to be easily removed by myself afterwards for work regulations. As I wouldn't have time inbetween to come back in. They explained kindly my restrictions and expected results of achieving the desired colour over another base colour. Leanne guided me through choosing an appropriate product. I felt welcome and of course, pampered. Very satisfied with the results. :) Would usually avoid shopping centre salons due to them being too noisy or busy. And the feelung of being rushed to finish up for the nexy customer.
