Hit and miss! I've been going to Saphire Nails for over 4 years now, both the service (friendlyness) and the quality of my nails differs from day-to-day which is very fustrating, sometimes I walk out loving my nails and other times I feel like crying. Since I've been a regular customer for 4 years I would expect they know what shape I like and sometimes even when I tell them they get it wrong. They are not great at manicures, each time, at least one of my cuticles ends up bleeding. On a positive note, the salon is very clean with a modern decor and nice music and relaxing massage chairs. Signed... looking for a new nail salon in SE Melbs.

I went there for gel nails .. i was very unhappy with the staff service as the person who was doing my nails got up 7 times in between

Perfect from start to finish, polite, quick and super relaxing. We had the gel nails and pedicure package. Super busy and handled very well by the staff. Recommend.

Sandra is very well know in the GreenHills area for her work and I bet you will agree it's the very best mani-pedi you have ever received. Impeccable work!
