I received a full set of SNS with tips and a pedicure which included a hot stone massage and seating in a massage chair. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and the work that was done! I came as a walk in & was seated quickly. The lady that did my nails was very nice & she did an amazing job. I've had my dip nails on for three weeks & they still look amazing! No cracks or breaks. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Let's start by saying I use to be a frequent visitor of this nail salon. I would drive 20-30min from Nashville/Brentwood area happily ever weekend. However I started having too many occasions where I wasn't getting that great of customer service. So for in the past year or so I started going to nail salon in Brentwood Tn. (Millennium nails) they are more expensive but you get the same perfect looking nails everytime. Okay now b...ack to Natural nails too! I decided to wake up early Saturday morning and give my old favorite nail place another try. So I wanted to be one of the first clients served, so I arrived about 8:40am. Time goes by 8:50, 8:55 boom 9:00 at this point there are 3 other customers there, and we all decided to stand outside since it was a nice day. So they manager shows about at 9:15-9:20am. The lady I usually go to (manager) wasn't there yet so I didn't ask for anyone specific. They sit me with an older gentlemen whom either didn't speak much English or was just not friendly. I say this because he didn't say 1 word to me. Not Hi, how do you like this or that nothing. So being that I was getting a pink and white I thought there shouldn't be much explaining. Seeing as though he didn't ask how I liked my nails I told him I like Square, narrow tips and showed him a picture. So he starts slapping on tips not even sizing them before he placed them on. And I had to ask him to take 1 of the nails off that was placed on crooked. Then he put my right thumb on crooked, instead of taking this off he said don't worry he will file it later. (So at this point I should have just got up and left) but no its Saturday morning I tried to stay positive and get through this. To sum up this story my nails are God awful. I asked for dark pink, he gave me light pink, I asked for square narrow tips (with picture example) he gave me crooked tips all different lengths and shapes & sizes. My friend and I went in for manicure and pedicure with sns on fingers and normal on toes. We were in there for over 3 hours until we could get out. The result was also not impressive, my fingers were a complete mess. Other people who came and had made an appointment also complained about waiting so long when they had booked in. Read Less

We were there for an hour and a half before anyone even touched us. No apologies, no discount, no explanation. They turned other folks away. I was with a friend, so I couldn't just leave. I felt trapped and uncomfortable. The manicure was great, and I liked the lady who waited on me once we got going, so I can't knock them too hard, but I doubt I'll go back. Read Less

Very unorganized and not very friendly. Came in at 4:45 for a pedicure for me and pink and white fill for my mom. They put someone else in front of me for my pedicure then tried to tell my mom that they didn't have time for her fill. They said a pink and white fill was $35 then charged $3 to trim and $5 for the top coat without telling about the extra charges. They did take off the $5 after us complaining, but I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never heard of such a thing. I guess I will be going somewhere else the next time I am in TN and will be thankful for my nail salon in IL. Read Less

This place has went to the birds since the new owners took over..they cut my daughters finger and my nail gel was off in 4 days ..they didn't apply the Polish to the cuticle...after 15 years there.I miss Helen and Helena...We won't be back! Read Less
