Awful experience. Had to wait 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment for them to start. Cuticles bled on multiple fingers and used dirty tools and brushes. Did an uneven job and went back the next day to get them redone but they refused to. Would not recommend no matter how in a hurry you are Read Less

It was the worst experience and pedicure ever. The staff was very rough and did a horrible job! Cut the nails roughly to very odd shapes and didn't bother to file and shape them. She ruined them! What made it worse was her disgusting attitude. Argued with me that she did file them and kept chatting with her colleague in Vietnamese the whole time, which was just rude. She asked someone else to finish the job for me as if I was being too difficult. The owner was nice to me about it but I will never go back. They get bad reviews from everyone here for a reason. Horrible. Here's why: I went in for sns with tips. I've gotten this many times before. The woman who was doing my nails wasn't even paying attention. She was on her phone, on phone calls or even looking at pictures on her phone. She was also talking to the lady next to her while using the electric nail file on the fingers! This resulted in many mistakes including her putting on the wrong size tip and ripping it off and putting the wrong colour on. She also ended up cutting me on my middle finger! It hurt, and when she did it she told me it was my fault for being too stiff. Now I realised my hands weren't as relaxed as normal but that was because it was painful when she used the drill, which put me on edge! She blamed me for her mistake. Not only did she cut me but the nail application is horrid! My middle finger nail is so wonky! It tilts left so obviously! I pointed out to her when she had put the tip on and shaped it that it was wonky. She told me she would fix it later: she didn't. So instead of taking the ip off and taking a minute to do it again, she finished my nails and left the wonky nail there. Not happy. When I went to pay I politely told them about the cut and the wonky nail. They took only $5 off for cutting my finger, and said that my nails looked perfect!!! I was with my friend and she agreed it was shocking. I tried to respectfully get my point across but they would not listen. I gave up and just paid for it so I could get out of there. Ridiculous! Last few times I've been here have been shocking but I thought I'd give it another go, went and got my nails done the lady would not listen to what I was saying she cut all of my natural nails off when I only asked for tips, to have them break a week later I went back and got 1 nail fixed with took them an hour, when I left I realised she didn't even put topcoat on it and had to go back again!! Will never go back!!! I was told it would be a 10minute wait, which I was fine with, but after 30mins the finally sat me at a nail station only to have to wait another 15mins! One lady finally started my nails, only to just put the tips on and told me another lady would be with me in a minute. If they hadn't glued the tips on I would have left and gone some where else. 15 minutes later and another lady finally completed my nails! Although she did cut my nail bed on 3 nails and proceeded to poor some liquid on them which stung! Then when I went to pay by eftpos ( they had a sign saying eftpos accepted) she asked me to get cash out at the ATM outside. Lucky the ATM was for the same bank that I am with. They never deserve a single star as well... they doing shut work!!! I went today it was so busy. But they have only 5 girls who work there.
