I have been going to Hollywood Nails for years. I have built up a great rapport with the girls there. If sue who usually does my nails is not there I am equally comfortable to have one of the others step in. I have recommended them to my friends. Read Less

Really un-impressed with the service I received today. The lady was making phone calls on her phone while doing my nails on numerous occasions -forgot to put some of my acrylic on some of my nails, and then had to go back and do the ones she missed -didn’t but the liquid on that usually goes on after shellac was done as she was busy with her phone again - finally I stood there waiting to pay while she flicked through her messages and then finally remembered I was there!! It's true as all reviews said here. Staff was very rude and treated you like fast food service. They literally do the job as quickly as they can so they get more money. I actually can't believe they have the shop in Westfield Doncaster as other shops there are having great customer service. Within 15 mins, the colour chipped off. Go somewhere else if you want even normal customer service and quality. Staff doesn't speak English makes it's very difficult to communicate but still they didn't have to be that rude. My 15 yr old granddaughter saved up the $45 to have her nails done last Wednesday. $5 for shellac matt top coat. Within 24 hours the top coat chipped and 1 nail snapped when she opened a door yesterday, 4 days after she had them done. I took her back today today ( monday) only to be informed rudely it was not their fault that her nails chipped or broke they flatly refused to repair mail that snapped. Didnt even have the courtesy to speak english while discussing it with another employee. Granddaughter has had her nails done before and they normally last up to 5 weeks. Rude employees terrible customer service and dont stand by their products even though their website dtates 100% customer satisfaction. Only giving them 1 star because YOU HAVE TO! Sat in store for 40 minutes without ANY service aside from dipping my hands in acetone. When I was fed up, went to walk out and they charged me for removal of SNS when I wanted to get them redone. Cost me $15 to sit there and waste 40 minutes of my time when SNS usually takes 45-1 hour ALL together. Horrible service, raised voices, ignored customers and was extremely nasty and rude. NEVER going there again. It cost me $70 for two hours of my time and having to go to 2 separate nail salons. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go downstairs to SNS exclusive salon instead!!!!! Read Less

Incredibly overpriced and the worst quality I’ve ever had. 3 days later & both my shellac pedicure and SNS manicure need to be redone. Both of which cost me $100. Didn’t listen to the reviews as I needed them done urgently but hope my review helps others not make the same mistake. Went in the last Friday for the first time as i just moved to Doncaster. Sat there for about 20 minutes or so. When they finally got to me i showed them excatly what i want which was sns and short nails on the photo which could of been done with my nails ans ive grown them a bit and didnt want tip. The techanican said i could not get it and needed tips as much as i didnt want them i said yes as believing i needed them to get the look which also she didnt tell me it was an extra $10 which ive never heard of where i usually go its 35-40 including tips. Now she finished everything and didnt look anything like the picture but didnt complain as i was there for awhile. And cost $56...Less the one week the nails are already coming off. I went there today as i finished work early and couldn't go last week due to work. I went there explained the story . First one of them agrees with me and starts doing my nails until the one who done my nails last week comes and they start talking. Not sure what they said as i couldnt understand. After she said its been 10 days which its only 9 still shouldn't be coming off and again couldnt go earlier cause of work.Now i did want another colour which they said would be another $30?! Called to book an appointment for gel manni and peddi and was told it was $65. When I arrived they told me it was actually $125 and the $65 option was just using standard polish so I decided to use standard polish because $125 is just exorbitant! The nail artist seemed angry and was rough and yanking my feet in and out of the foot spa. The nail polish took forever to dry and was tacky textured. I bumped the polish and asked for her to fix it and she glared at me and didn't say a word. After I left, whenever my nail would touch something the polish would scratch off, it just looked terrible. I went to my usual manicurist 2 days later to fix my nails. I will NEVER go to Hollywood Nails again! Read Less
