Been a Watsonia client from day 1. The ladies are wonderful not only in service but making you feel welcome. Always greeted with a smile and you won’t be treated like a number like other salons.

Treated myself with xmas money to a manicure and pedicure which i havent had done professionally for a long time. Made a booking but still felt rushed through. Pedicure in particular was inadequate. Staff were unhelpful and quite abrupt. Won't be returning and definetly woukdn't reccomend.

Went here 2 years ago and had a great manicure and pedicure. Lasted two weeks - or there abouts. Went on Friday to get a manicure and had 5 nails split horizontally at the nail bed within 48 hours. Very unhappy, I had to cut all my nails back to the nail bed. It must have been the way she filed them, it has never happened before and 5 nails across both hands is no coincidence.
Find another salon if you'd like to keep your long nails. :(

Went here 2 years ago and had a great manicure and pedicure. Lasted two weeks - or there abouts. Went on Friday to get a manicure and had 5 nails split horizontally at the nail bed within 48 hours.
