Going to your place and get charged $70 for a full set and then going to a local nail place to get them fixed because I didn't trust to visit your place ever again. It's so sad that you guys don't even use a electrical file. on top of everything I was sitting there for 3 hrs for a result where my nails were so pointy from the poor job being done. Words can't express how upset I am having just walked out of this salon in tears after being accused of a scammer and a fraud. I tried to claim my 'free' salon experience having had my nails done 9 times previously only to be yelled in my face, humiliated to the other clients in there and called a scammer because my card had been signed with a black pen each time by them. The owner could not even get her story straight telling me my card was too new though I still had to old card from last year and then followI e on saying she couldn't remember how many times I'd been there, even though the different lady who did my nails and has done so regularly clearly remembered that I don't like having my nails long, which suggests I've been there more than enough times. I've tried quite a few local salon's between Croydon and Chirnside Park and I have to say OTT Nail Bar the best I've tried. I'm loving my new nails and the SNS nail product is absolutely wonderful. I can't say how amazing they look. I've been telling everyone I know about how great they are, probably annoying the crap out of them. The big bonus is that the people there are so freindly as well.... no rushing you out the door and changing people on you, it is a proper customer experience. They're pleasant and so nice and you can actually have a conversation with the staff. Oahn (said Owen) has done my nails twice now, once as gel and now the SNS products and both times I was treated professionally and friendly in lovely surroundings that look like a salon, not just a shop shoved in somewhere. Finally I have to say the SNS product is amazing and now I'm seriously in love with how great they look. Go today, I'm postive you won't be disappointed. These are my new go to shop for nails....
