Not impressed one bit got tips with sns done for a dance comp 1 fell off after only 4 days, when I approached them they said not there fault they don't know what I did with my hands after I left, nothing is what I did !!!!! NO TIP WITH SNS SHOULD FALL OFF CLEAN AFTER 4 DAYS. Read Less

I come to this salon all the time the girls are gorgeous the service is awesome you can even sit and have a laugh with them. My nails always last where as any places I have attended to in the past have come off or lifted within 2 weeks love this place the girls know me and I've introduced my mum who never had nails done before and not much of nails she loves coming here now won't go anywhere else the girls treat mum so well she even has a laugh with them. Best nail salon in the area, very helpful staff & honest. Went in to have sns done & crystal told me it's best if I take a break from putting anything on my nails for awhile as she noticed some lifting of the nail. Advised me to rub tee tree oil on nails. I think these ladies need to clean their tools a little better as I just came out of surgery on Saturday for having an infection in my nail that was going down my finger. They had to remove my nail and they aren't sure if it will grow back. I'm off work and on antibiotics and pain killlers This should never have happened and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Just moved into the area and was so pleased to see a nail place so close to my home. Shame the customer service was APPALLING! My pedicure was rushed and the girl painted my nails so carelessly I had polish all over my skin. When I asked her (politely) if she she could neaten up the edges she angrily pushed my foot down and huffed as she painted another coat of polish which dragged the coat underneath and made it all blotchy. I kept quiet until another woman came to check my finger nails and then mentioned it to her and she told me "It's not a big deal" and then spoke in her language to the rest of the girls. Massively disappointed and frankly disgusted at the customer service. I will be warning all of my family, friends and colleagues to steer clear! #yourloss Read Less

Been a loyal customer at this nail salon since the day they opened their doors my friend went their tonight asked if they had time to do 2 peoples sns that I would be 5 mins behind her they said yes. I arrived they put my foil on to rinse my nails that stayed on for just under an hour my friends nails were finished and someone who walked in after us who clearly didn't have an appointment because she asked if they had time to do her nails and what she wanted was already gettin...g her nails done and was nearly finished as I left with my nails not even done.... What happened to loyalty for customers if it's going to be that long then tell customers and they tell me as I'm leaving the other person had an appointment which clearly she didn't as she asked if they had time and any time I have made an appointment I've waited 30 mins for them to start and they have taken agers as they start new people walking through the door..
