I have been going to this place for a while now and was so disappointed with my experience today. I had Diana do my nails and it has put me off ever returning. Usually I would get a friendly meeting at the door but I was pushed to an available chair and wasn’t even given a colour palette, which is always what is done first. I was after SNS and was rushed in to removing my current colour before even being allowed to sip my coffee or select my new colour. On top of that, Diana was rude and extremely pushy. Was very rough and was moving my arm and fingers very aggressively and was making the entire experience unbearable. She also didn’t allow for my nails to dry properly so my thumb nail is chipped. Very disappointing and unprofessional and I was quite shocked as I have been so pleased with my many previous experiences there. No smile and very rough and rude.

Don’t go there. Have been getting my shellac infills for 10 years and just moved from sydney so am trying a few places. I have never been treated like this. I couldn’t move my hands a cm or she would yell at me. I was trying to pick a colour and she just would move her stuff and push them all off the counter. I couldn’t even have a sip of water without her telling me off. She kept manipulating my hands around like I was a complete freak. She was horrible. Expensive to boot. Say no more.

Lovely ladies here, been going for years, they treat you well and are lovely to deal with. Happy to assist in between visits to loyal customers. The place is clean and tidy. Never had a problem.

Worst job ever and first time it happened to me
I would expect to get what I payed for
I'll be going back and telling them to fix it and I ain't paying a cent cos it's their stuff up not mine

Really annoyed that I paid $85.00 for shellac with a mani and pedi, not only is there dirt still under my nails but none of my nails are straight or even... Great to start to my holiday... You think they would of taken there time since there was no one else in there besides me for over an hour... Not impressed

Shocking. Didn't put a towel down where your feet rest when getting a spa pedicure. Picked up things off the floor and then used them on my feet. Everything here is dirty too. Shocking customer service too. I couldn't hear the lady through her mask and literally about 40 tissues she had behind it so asked her to please speak up. She rolled her eyes and then didn't speak to me for the whole thing. Snatched the colour wheels out of my hand. Awful. Never again.

Small salon, got busy when I was there but they managed to accommodate everyone. Mani-pedi was what I had and it was satisfactory, polish is well done, dried quickly and smoothly. The only gripe I have is how little time is spent filing and shaping the nails, this is so common now I'm getting used to it, but it's disappointing and I am looking for that elusive salon which files the nails properly.

I have been going to this place for a while now and was so disappointed with my experience today. I had Diana do my nails and it has put me off ever returning. Usually I would get a friendly meeting at the door but I was pushed to an available chair and wasn’t even given a colour palette, which is always what is done first. Small salon, got busy when I was there but they managed to accommodate everyone. Mani-pedi was what I had and it was satisfactory, polish is well done, dried quickly and smoothly. The only gripe I have is how little time is spent filing and shaping the nails, this is so common now I'm getting used to it, but it's disappointing and I am looking for that elusive salon which files the nails properly.
