DO NOT GO HERE! only went here because my regular salon in Huntingdale was fully booked. I asked for sns and got an acrylic rip off without realising it until it was too late. My sister got an entirely different colour from what she chose. The girl kept hitting my cuticle with the filing tool. It felt like a slap dash job and I was rushed out of there without any cuticle oil and with my nails glued to my fingers underneath. Won't ever come back here. Extremely unimpressed. Read Less

I've been to a few different nail salons over the years, but this was an experience! Having had a period of abstinence from professional manicures for a few years, I thought I'd splash out and try sns. The drilling of my nailbed was a lot more than I expected. They drilled my cuticles and I was in pain but ignored. The colour of my nails were blotchy with speckled look to them. I left with nails that looked like duck eggs!! My friend who came with me was left soaking in acetone for about 20/30mins, and then had to remove the sns herself (and later still charged)! I've just removed the sns today and my nails are so thin! What a nightmare! Do yourself a favour and NEVER visit this nail salon! I had booked an appointment at 8pm tonight and turned up only a few minutes late to my appointment. I was then kept waiting until nearly 8:30pm when I was sat down to soak in the pedicure chair. After someone finally started to remove the shellac off my toe nails at 8:45pm, she was rushing and kept nicking my cuticle of my toes with the electric nail file. She then trimmed my toe nails, poorly manicured and uneven. By this point I wanted to leave, it was nearly 9:30pm and I had been there for an hour and a half. She then lifted my foot to shave my heel and cut the side of my foot with the blade. After the staff tried to stop my foot from bleeding they proceeded to continue to paint my toes even though I told them I wanted to leave. The manager then came over and informed me it was nearly their closing time of 10pm and they wanted me to pay so they could settle the till for the day. I was horrified, my nails weren’t even painted and my pedicure wasn’t even half complete. In summary, in the hour and 50 minutes I sat in that nail salon, I had my shellac removed from my toes, my toe nails trimmed and my foot had been cut and was still bleeding... Not to mention I had also booked to have SNS on my fingernails as well. Worst nail salon ever. Read Less

Worst nail job I've EVER HAD. I had SNS over my real nails, they ground them off using the drill and put FOUR layers of SNS on top and proceeded to grind them down AGAIN. I asked for them to be cut shorter and she completely ignored me. When I reminded her she said it's too late. $50 later and not even a manicure was included. The final product is embarrassing and I'll have to pay for it to be redone elsewhere. Read Less

Went there for my sisters wedding and it was the most unpleasant experience we have had. I now have an infected toe from them and when they made me bleed she put my foot back in the water and said your fine We askes for additional services and then they did not give them when we askes why our treatments were not done the woman doing our nails lied to the manager and said we had changed our mimd and we did not. My finger nails look awful i mean a blind woman would have done better but we had no time to sit to fix them it was the night before her wedding besides would you want someone who can't do a good job to redue them really? I've been getting my nails done for the last 7 years at various salons. This by far was the worst experience ever! The lady had asked me to pick my colour she told me to hurry up because I was taking too long.... I let it go because I got there at 3:5pm and they close at 5. My thumb nails was burning of pain and she told me off for moving it even after I told her this no sorry ofcourse. My nails shape is always coffin narrow on the sides and tip is square, they charged me an extra $5 because she had to narrow the sides. I don't care about the $5 but at least let me know before hand she tried to tell me it's not the shape I had before and it was extra work.... it is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to I will be returning to my regular nail salon even if it is further away.
