Inconsistent pricing. My friend and I usually pay $60 for a pedicure and SNS, went in today and they asked for $80. I told them I usually pay $60 and told them I'll show the receipt from last time but they just told me no they don't do that. I understand prices go up but going up by $20 in 3 weeks is a bit much. Terrible customer service! My girl friend went here and was told a certain price for getting a manicure and pedicure. When they were nearly done, they told her to pay a lot more than what they originally said! The job was not good at all, my girl friend will never be going back there! Horrible customer service. Barely interacted with me but had a great conversation to her coworker. Got my sns nails removed (which I basically did myself) then a manicure. Manicure was $20 worth of badly shaped nails that were not even smoothed out. And I would've thought a light buff of my nails wasn't too much to ask. $40, I should've done it myself at home. Wanted to get waxing done, the lady was rude - she kept leaving patches and when I pointed them out and asked her to wax them, she got angry, said something about me being an Indian in mandarin to her colleague, acted agitated and threw some wax on the floor, some on my dress. She then moved out and asked another colleague to wax the one arm that was left. Her colleague was a nice lady, although slow, waxed the arm and did my pedicure. When I asks what was wrong - one of her colleagues said that I had a lot of FUR. Not sure what to make of her statement. I have the right to point out if I'm not getting a good service and I'm disappointed by the way these guys acted. I'm never coming back again, there are better beauty salons that offer superior services for a competitive rate. Read Less

This is truely paradise. When you enter through the front door you are transported to a hidden treasure trove of pure delights. Kimberly works wonders with my nails and amazes me with her talent and artistic ability. I enjoyed one of the most amazing massages with Joanne and to say I could have lay there all day is an understatement.
