First of all sns full set is advatised as $35 on the outside of the shop but went in a ended up paying $50. People were nice and all but I've had these nails less then a week and 3 have already fallen off painfully. Friend also got her nails done here and same thing happened to her nails falling off. I've never had a bad experience at a nail salon in Melbourne, till today that is. Since moving to Caulfield South I decided to try this salon out but I never expected to leave dissatisfied. First off, the girl working on my nails was more interested in the Ellen show on TV and was downright rough when handling my fingers. Perhaps she had strong hands and didn't realise it, but was there a need to keep digging her nails into my fingers? I really thought she needed a trim to be honest because no one can work like that.On top of that, the two ladies in the salon kept chatting among themselves loudly and my therapist couldn't multitask so she kept having to stop to answer the questions put to her. At one stage I was getting so annoyed that I almost wanted to leave but my Shellac nails were half way done and I really didn't want to leave like that. Overall though I was happy with my Shellac treated fingers but when I got home, I realised my toes were not even painted properly and I had to touch them up at home. $70 later and a shoddy job = a first and last time for me!
